(By 8:55 PM Jane was uncomfortable and nervous because she didn’t know what Seth was going to talk about. This feeling was heightened of course because she was also not sure whether she would sit with her eyes closed during the session, or pace about. She reminded me of Seth’s suggested phrase to bring her out of the trance state every half-hour, should she show signs of remaining in it for longer periods.
