I’d told Jane this morning that I knew the dream was quite significant in connection with the work we’re doing with the Seth material, but that I was unable to adequately decipher it. [...]

[...] Jane had no idea of most of the material in the session — that is, she hadn’t known Seth was going to deliver it. Now, however, she remembered that just before the session she’d picked up the idea that Seth would mention effortlessness in connection with her own situation.)

(I wasn’t at all sure, but I wondered whether Seth’s second delivery might have been in response to the talk Jane and I had had recently, in which I’d tried to explain my own ideas about the extent to which one could go with personal challenges like illness, say, or work, or whatever. Some of it had been based upon bits of Seth material that had come through lately, along with my own long-standing ideas. [...]

(Many sessions ago also, Seth told me that my Christmas doldrums stemmed from something that happened to me many years ago. [...] Seth promised to go into it but we became sidetracked on other matters last year. [...]
(It will be remembered that in the 194th session Seth promised to discuss in the 195th session our cat’s rather frequent if brief bouts of illness. [...]

(Miss Dineen gave Jane information evidently confirming Seth’s prediction that April 15 would be a day of crisis for Miss Callahan. Without going into all the details about Seth, Jane learned from Miss Dineen that in the middle of that week, which would be on April 15, Miss Callahan’s condition became so bad that hospital officials insisted she be moved to a rest home as soon as possible. (At 9:30 she told me Seth might go into my dream of May 27—yesterday—in which I drove an automobile down West Water St. at 90 miles per hour, without harm. [...]
(Our dream discussion before the session led me to voice a question about dreams that I don’t think Seth has covered in just that way. [...]

[...] Once again Jane’s delivery for Seth had been steady and forceful. [...] Even as limited as we are as human beings, I think we’ve latched onto some ideas, through Seth, that are vitally important….”
[...] It’s interesting to note that Seth completed Chapter Eighteen, concerning our psychic creation of the environment [including earthquakes, of course] a week before our guest’s arrival. [...]

[...] If memory serves, Seth said a long time ago that Jane did not have arthritis, but for her own reasons was mimicking her mother’s disease. Jane is really bothered, though, and we trust that Seth was correct in the last session when he said this phase of Jane’s symptoms would soon pass. [...]
(I showed Jane a copy again of my dream of April 23, and asked that Seth discuss it this evening, since I was sure it contained at least some positive omens for her.
