A system may say that within its limitations there is room for still further transformation of energy into still more various camouflage forms. It may be generally said, but only generally, that the most advantageous system is that system which has great diversity of camouflage patterns, in that energy, always individualized, is then given expression within the system in different materializations, which then allow for further individualization to the benefit of the whole system.

This interrelationship is not in terms of cause and effect, as this law is a distortive misinterpretation of actuality. The interrelationship between all units or systems has nothing to do with continuity in your terms. The systems or units are basically simultaneous actions. As participants within one system of action, you are to a large extent limited by the very participation that gives you reality within the action system.

So do portions of each entity find simultaneous expression within various systems or units of action, and they must then progress within these systems according to the specific properties of the systems. Units or systems then are open, interdependent and simultaneous in actuality.

No system is a closed system. The framework of all systems is basically infinite. Any appearance of enclosure is the result of camouflage distortions, quite necessary within a given system so that the organisms within it can focus their main attentions to the problems within a particular system.

The outer senses perceive only certain given distinctions within an open, infinite system, and these distinctions therefore become the apparent boundaries of the system. A closed system is, in other words, the result of the limitations of the outward senses, whose nature it is to distinguish as a meaningful reality only one portion of an open infinite system.

I repeat that no system, either microscopic or cosmic in size, is ever a closed system. No closed system exists. I will not at this time discuss the deeper issue of one infinite and open system, although this is reality which has indeed theoretically no limitations. [...]

The training gained in your system then will serve you for existence in a variety of interrelated systems. If the sorrows and agonies within your system were not felt as real, the lessons would not be learned. The teachers within the system are those who are in their last reincarnation, and other personalities who have left the system but have been assigned to help those still within it.

Your system is a training ground only for those however who have chosen to go beyond into particular other systems. These systems are interrelated... other training systems are set up for those who embark on entirely different patterns. [...]

In other systems energy is more directly felt, more extensive. [...] There are other training systems, each dealing with various aspects of such understanding and discipline. [...] When you act within your system however you act within others.

Now some personalities from one system aid other personalities within other systems, but highly developed personalities, those in your terms so far advanced, will set for themselves the task of aiding an entire civilization; of assisting the development of a new system, and sometimes initiating the existence of that system.

They do not suppose any given time system to have any reality of its own. Such systems do not use the consecutive structure of your own however. [...]

[...] This does not mean however that they will all materialize within your own system, but they do represent in your terms the future inhabitants of your system.

The trouble has been that your scientists see or perceive electrical and chemical systems, for example, only in their relationship with the physical system. They do not realize that these systems exist in universe actualities of their own. And the electrical and even chemical systems play a much larger part within the physical system than matter plays within their systems. [...]

Emotions are also, then, actualities within the overall electric system, existing not as representations of feeling, but as definite charged action. I want if possible to get the idea over that this system involves realities that are directly experienced and vivid, and also that in some ways emotions and thoughts are more directly perceived in that field than your physical field. They are more readily apparent, with more force behind them acting directly upon the electric environment, without any intermediary steps; that is, they, emotions and feelings and thoughts, exist immediately within the environment as electrical forces within that system. In your system they need to be translated and given reality by a method of interrelationships. Your field attains its actuality only as a result of the cooperating merger of many other independent systems.

Because your system is dependent upon the electrical system in one way or another, counterparts exist within the electrical system for all such phenomena. However, the electrical system contains phenomena that does not appear within your system, although some projections from it may be perceived. [...]

[...] Dreams have a definite effect within the physical system. They are in part sparked with the aid of the physical system, but they do not happen within the physical system. They are not directly experienced by the physical system, but only translations of the original dream experience is felt by the actual physical system.

First of all, let me make it plain that while I speak of separate fields and systems, you must remember that they are all one. Traces of each system will be found in each system, because no field or system is basically closed, although they may appear closed.

[...] They exist within the electrical system. They affect the physical system and operate closely allied with it. Nevertheless they will not be found within the physical system.

[...] They exist in a cluster about, and connected to, your own system. The lack of even pseudoobjects obviously means that you have gone beyond your camouflage system. Projections that deal with your own system will of course involve you in some kind of camouflage. If none is present you know you are out of the system. [...] Already you are free to some extent from the space-time reality of your system. [...]

Now, some systems have no basic form, but adopt the form, the forms, thrust upon it. Your own system is obviously one of these. Other systems, by their very nature, set up a resistance, that resists. [...]

(9:41.) In those periods of nonphysical projection, the off periods of fluctuation, the atoms “appear” in another system of reality. In that system they are perceived in what are “on” points of fluctuation, and in that system also then the atoms (seem to) appear steadily. There are many such points of fluctuation, but your system of course is not aware of them, nor of the ultimate actions, universes, and systems that exist within them.

Some systems are far heavier or lighter than your own, though this may not involve weight in the terms with which you are familiar. Probable actions emerge, then, into matter-systems quite as valid as your own, and quite as consistent. [...]

[...] It would seem to you as if there would be gaps between the fluctuations, and the description I have used is the best one for our purposes; but the probable systems all exist simultaneously, and basically, following this discussion, the atom is in all these other systems at one time.

There is no probable solution, you see, to mankind’s difficulties, that is not being tried out in some probable system. There are systems where no violence is allowed, but full energy is given. [...] The system, the body system, short-circuits itself at the contemplation of violent behavior. [...]

The progression in that system incidentally was not swift or certain. [...] The inhabitants of the system were far more fearful—so fearful that little change was allowed for.

The doctor, you see, that you might have been and are not in this system, once dreamed of a probable universe in which he would be an artist. [...] He exists however in fact, within another system. You call his system an alternate system of probability but this is precisely what he would call your system.

In projections, for example, you may appear as an apparition within your own system or in another system. [...]

Consciousnes had first to create the void or the dimension in which the system could exist, and also to endow that void with all the probabilities for development that have come about in your time and are to come about. The system spoken of earlier, the sun and original nine planets, in your terms have long ago passed into and formed other universal systems. [...] There was intelligence, therefore, within that first system. [...]

Now: The planetary system of which we spoke in our last session was the first one within your universe, when you are speaking in terms of time. [...] You only perceive the portions of them that are apparent within your own system of reality.

Reality is indeed not necessarily that which is constant within the various appearances of reality through all systems, as it is the perception of the whole picture of reality, or the sum of all reality as seen within the various systems. This involves quite a complicated point, and implies a complicated position; for true reality would not be completely either the reality of an automobile, say, as it appears within the physical system, or as it appears within the electrical system. It would not be that which appears identical to the two systems, but it would be indeed the sum of the realities of all systems, as applied to our weary automobile.

[...] Within some systems the same automobile would appear to be no more than a shadow. Within some systems the automobile would not be perceived at all, unless it were in motion. In other systems it would not be perceived at all, unless it were not in motion.

[...] I mentioned feeling sound because this is a capability that lies latent within your own physical system, but this same sort of a juggling of perspective data is what happens, generally speaking, when inhabitants of a different system perceive realities that also have an existence within your own system.

That is, not only would they be aware of what seems to you to be past, present and future within your system, but they would be aware of several other systems and be able to function within them simultaneously, gaining and creating experience within all of these systems, even while maintaining overall identity. They would be conscious, for example, of themselves as, say, an entity, and simultaneously they would be aware of separate existences as individuals in various systems. [...]

Now, other planes and systems are as real and as unreal as your own. [...] Many other systems reflect inner reality more clearly, with less distortions, but the distortions themselves are creations. All systems are then formed mentally, including your own.

[...] There is an electromagnetic connection within and beneath all systems indeed, but this is only the result of inner mental connections. In each system you test inner knowledge by checking it against the unique and particular rules of that system.

All systems, and this is a general statement, all systems are to some extent interinvolved. This applies to the smallest and the largest systems.

As we progress and pick up the study of our dream universe once more, we will be involved also with the study of mental events as they occur within both systems. And because I am presently uninvolved within your system, it is possible for me to give instances as they occur of such mental actions, as they are perceived in both the universe of matter and the dream universe.

These acts are not only interpreted differently, they also of course have effects which are caused not only by the initial action but also by the distortive appearance of the action in a given system. The reaction to such a mental act is made not only to the act itself; but the reaction is made to the appearance of an initial act, as it is projected into the second system.

[...] This involves the transfer of conscious energy from a home system to an alien one, and certain more or less automatic changes must be made from system to system, involving the use of brain waves, certain patterns being normal in different systems.

“In the same way that thoughts can be sent through space, so individual consciousness can be sent through systems of reality [other dimensions]. As a seed can fly through the air, so individual consciousness can travel through these systems, but it must be protected. In case anyone is uncertain, this probable system of reality is as “real” as ours, according to Seth. To its inhabitants, it is composed of physical matter, and it is just one of an infinite number of systems or universes between matter and antimatter. The people in Pietra’s system have hypothesized the existence of other probable universes, and Pietra is one of the first explorers, mostly because of his excellent medical background.

You visit with travelers from other systems. You plant thought forms in other systems, and you tend them. [...] Your physical system exists in many intensities, and can be perceived. [...]

The multiplicitude of your own system is but one small example of the infinite realities that exist outside it. [...] There are gradations in matter as there are gradations in your color, realities that blend one into the other, and probable systems in which various representations, reflections, shadows and echoes, all probable creations of any given self, mature.

You are a part of other systems that you do not know, and dreaming portions of your processes exist as thoroughly in other systems as your physical body dwells in this one.

[...] I have spoken about fields and systems. While no system is closed, each system has at its furthest reaches sufficient resistance to form sufficient-enough boundaries, so that its own identity is retained.

[...] Dimensions do indeed exist within this electrical field of which I have spoken, and it should be understood that I speak of an independent electrical field, and not of the weak, apparent electrical effects that can be observed within the brain or nervous system. The electrical reality of emotions and thoughts represents a thought dimension that has been completely neglected; and in it there are other dimensions; as within your field there is apparent space and time and height and thickness, so in the electrical system there is intensity and what I will call space reality, electrical mass and potentiality, which is different from intensity and polarity.

[...] In many ways it could be said that the physical system is an effect caused by this electrical field. [...] There are units, working backward from your system, for convenience’s sake, whereby your very physical weight is in electric form, an actuality beside the one that you know.

There are in other words many other kinds of time systems that are constructed, beside the one you know dealing with continuity of moments. The probable systems could be called time systems, only their experience is highly organized in a different fashion, and continual moments do not exist in your terms.

[...] In nontime there is full recognition and sometimes use of time systems, but the personality realizes that it dwells in nontime, and it forms a time schedule or system to get where it wants to go in the same way that you would make a road or path. [...]

[...] Now, many personalities may work together to form a time system, as many men may labor to form a national highway. One personality may also form for his own purposes a time system of his own, as a man might make a path to his own garden.
