If you are awakened for any reason during the night, the chances for a conscious projection on your return to sleep are somewhat higher than they would have been had your sleep not been interrupted.

(I had no calls or other interruptions this morning as I worked on Dreams. [...]

[...] When Ruburt tries too hard, he often blocks material by losing spontaneity; and when you try too hard, you interrupt any communication, or at least make it more difficult.
