(Break at 9:28. Jane was well dissociated as usual. While she was delivering the material our cat, Willy, jumped up on her lap and began to playfully pull and tug at her wool sweater. Jane did not appear to be bothered by this, but since Willy kept it up I finally dislodged him rather than take the chance of him interrupting Jane. She said she was aware of him as she spoke, but that was all. This is the first time Willy has paid any attention to Jane for many sessions.

Tonight’s material, taken with our last few sessions, should add new dimensions to much of the knowledge that you had previously. I am very pleased that Ruburt is keeping his dream notebook. Correlations will indeed be found, and the habit of subconscious focus in this manner will certainly bring results.

During our next session I will go into this much more thoroughly, for the matter is not only interesting but extremely informative, and we shall spend a good part of our next session dealing with it.

Perhaps I shall look in on you before then. In any case my best regards to you both, and I will close our session. I may indeed see you before then. Sometime, who knows, you may see me too; and that will give Ruburt something to brood over.
