[...] The neck massage I’d given her earlier, which Seth referred to, had followed a turning also. [...]

[...] I described to Jane my dream of last night, and asked that Seth comment next time. [...]

(“Good afternoon, Seth.”)

(I was particularly glad to get Seth’s confirmation of the meaning of my dream. [...]

[...] Still, vaguely uneasy I called off a half-planned evening of company with friends—luckily before I’d actually invited them, and we had a Seth session instead, still another in an effort to get me out of my own physical problems. [...]

Most of the material disappeared instantly, like some dreams, but I did remember that Seth told me to stress pleasure over responsibility and that thought was in my mind as I fell to sleep Friday PM.

I put the statement together with the little I recalled from Seth’s session and then spent a few minutes feeling my body sensations: right knee—sore; arms—sore. [...]

(“Good afternoon, Seth.”)

(Seth’s statement that Jane doesn’t have an infection reminded me that months ago Marcia Kardon had very adamantly told us that when a person has a catheter inserted “they always—always—get an infection.” [...]

[...] I was reminded to tell her that in reviewing many of the personal sessions we’d had at the time Seth was also delivering Dreams, he’d stressed over and over again that each time her body had tried to heal itself, with sore muscles resulting, Jane had tightened herself back up. [...]

[...] I thought Seth’s data on the tooth mechanisms very acute indeed. [...] Seth was quite chiding in a gently amused way tonight when mentioning the hypnosis affair, his voice quiet, and, I thought, rather tired. [...]

[...] Jane had spoken for Seth at a deliberate pace throughout the delivery, in a rather dry voice. [...] Seth came through with five additional pages of material for Jane and me, however, and the session ended at 11:45 p.m.)

(“Good evening, Seth.”

[...] In an aside as I paced about, and as Seth, Jane assured me there was no rush to get back to notes, etc. [...]

[...] She thought Seth did this to keep the session short, yet get lots of material through. [...]

(“Good night, Seth.”)

[...] She did not feel Seth about, yet thought the phrase significant for some reason.

[...] Pouring me a glass of wine just before the session was due, she said she could feel Seth “buzzing around.”

(“Good evening, Seth.”)

[...] Jane said she thought Seth would say something to the effect that on this plane we use ideas for protection from a true reality that might be too much for us to handle. [...]

(As today passed Jane picked up from Seth—and herself—material on the events of yesterday afternoon, so that finally she had an idea at least of what Seth would discuss tonight. [...]

(Jane also through the day received from Seth some material in answer to my remarks at breakfast this morning about the jacket colors chosen for Volume 2 of “Unknown” Reality. [...]

[...] “It must be because of what I know Seth’s going to talk about,” she said between coughs. [...]

(Yet, not long after Seth came through. [...]

(“Good evening, Seth.”)

(It is of interest to note that Judy and Lee do not know about Seth, or the existence of the material. Twice during the seance Lee obtained effects or results which seem to fit in with Seth’s description of some of the inner senses and their use. [...]

(As in the case with Dee and Joe Masters on the evening of November 24,1964–see the 110th session–some results were obtained that did not involve Seth in any way. [...]

(Jane said she would like some data on the personality Ignaptha, mentioned by Seth during the session held for Gene Bernard a couple of years ago.

(Jane began speaking at a rapid pace, in her usual manner as Seth. [...]

(Jane was speaking so rapidly here that I could not keep up, and I asked Seth to wait. [...]

[...] Nothing seemed to bother Seth this evening once he started, however; not even Sean nursing. [...]

(11:08 P.M. Seth’s parting remark was in answer to a question Sue had raised earlier in the evening, about how much revision his book would require. [...]

[...] Seth.”)

[...] Seth, she said, took a break so that she could rest. [...]

The Seth book will be finished at the correct time.

(“Good night, Seth.”

[...] Seth didn’t say so but she received from him the definite feeling that Catherine is a male. [...] Seth returned briefly at 10:15.)

(It turned out that break marked the end of material for Seth’s book tonight. Seth then gave four pages of material for me. [...]

(“Good evening, Seth.”)

(Jane, speaking as Seth, hadn’t taken a break since the session began at 9:08. [...]

(“Good evening, Seth.”

[...] “Maybe I got tired this afternoon, working on the Intro for ‘Unknown.’ I’ve had messages from Seth the last few days about the book stuff for the session tonight, but what we got doesn’t fit any of them…. [...]

(“Thank you, Seth. [...]

2. Jane and I are really looking forward to Seth’s material on man’s “misconceptions about the nature of good and evil.” [...]

(Then I read her the Seth part of yesterday’s session, but not my notes. [...]

(In no time at all Jane’s Seth voice had moved closer and closer to tears.)

[...] These motions too were a definite response to new freedom, and I reminded her that Seth had said earlier this year that once it’s allowed to, the physical body will begin responding immediately. [...]

[...] Even if she didn’t grasp the issues involved, as Seth said, did this give her the freedom to so abuse another? [...]
