(While typing up the above material, I had several mild instances of my particular sensation, which Seth has called the feeling of sound. The sensation, a rich tingling or thrilling, began in both feet at the same time, and worked up my legs. [...]

[...] Ruburt is faced with the sensation of tightness, however—there is something there in his experience to deal with, so that his senses can conform to his belief about his body. [...]

Such experiences as projection will therefore involve you in extremely vivid movement and sensation. [...]

I want to mention the difference also in experience and sensation, between a projection that begins in the dream state, and one that begins in a trance state, and also to discuss what Ruburt calls awake-seeming dreams, for there are several points here that you do not know, and they are fairly important.
