You have then two separate people living in different countries, completely unknown to each other, of different ages and backgrounds. [...]

During the 836th session, Seth reminded us that “animals do not ‘think’ of long lives or short lives, but of a brilliant present, which in a way, compared to your framework, has no beginning or end … time, in your terms, does not exist for them — and in the deepest of terms, a life’s quality on a human scale cannot be judged primarily in terms of its length, either.”

[...] Let me try to put that unhappy event in perspective now, in the continuing chronology of our lives as they’re enmeshed in the Seth material in general and in Mass Events in particular.

(Vigorously:) You could not live without viruses, nor could your biological reality as you know it now exist.

[...] On the other hand, I can say everything — for her life encompassed the world, the universe, just as much as yours does, or mine, or Laurel’s. She lives then, as I’m sure you know. The will to live can be covered over, buried by fears and doubts, or even distorted out of all recognition, but it is still present. People pass unknowingly from states of excellent health into states of disease and back again—and it is always the will to live that successfully guides the body through such changes. [...]

Each creature is also endowed with the will to live. [...]

In the 737th session, after 11:55, Seth mentioned the “other dentist” who lived and worked around the corner from the apartment house Jane and I moved into in 1960, upon our arrival in Elmira. [...] The family still lives there.

I found Seth’s statement about contending with the thought patterns of others a particularly apropos one, since Jane and I have lived in apartment houses for many years (and are only now preparing to give up that kind of life.) A question: How does that steady psychic exchange affect all of those who work and/or live in high-rise complexes, for instance?

[...] The area has brought together diverse kinds of people, united by love of nature, some airy spaces, and some privacy … The people are also achievers of one kind or another, and while [your goals may be different] you appreciate the fact that they are trying to do something with their lives. [...]

Your psychic work will also help them question the values of their lives. [...]

The brothers lived in Chula Vista, a place I’d never visited. They lived in a pink stucco house with two bedrooms to the rear. [...]

After this, Seth proceeded to tell Phil where she lived, though he didn’t give a specific address. “She lives in … the third or fourth house in the middle of a dead-end street, in the northeastern section of town, but west of the establishment in which you met her. [...]

All of this was highly interesting to Phil, who had no idea where the woman lived, and knew nothing about her except her name and probable age. [...] She lived in the third house before the end of a dead-end street, in the northeastern section of town, but west of the bar. [...]

[...] You must be free enough to explore the nature and experience of each living thing within your own system, knowing that it is yourself, and then leave your system. [...]

(“Well,” I said after discussing the session with her, “it’s my understanding that our whole self or entity experiences a group of simultaneous physical lives in various historical periods, and that in ordinary terms we think of those lives as following one after another. That includes so-called future lives, too. But each of those incarnations will have its cluster of counterpart lives, revolving around it like planets around a sun. [...]

Joseph was “picking up” on lives that “he” lived in the same time scheme. [...]

[...] I chose not to study this paragraph of material in Appendix 18 because in it Seth mentions what I take to be probable lives involving Jane and me (when he speaks of our future lives), rather than reincarnational involvements we’ve had with Seth that “actually happened.”

You live in a waking and dreaming mental environment, however. [...]
