(Perhaps because of the presence of a witness, Jane was nervous before the session began. Once again she dictated while sitting down, and with her eyes closed. She spoke quite rapidly, in a voice somewhat louder and deeper than usual, and continued in this vein throughout the session. She was also more animated than usual, and used much emphasis and many gestures. Pauses were quite rare.

(After the session, Jane said she had no idea offhand just what material is on those particular pages of the Seth manuscript. But she does not want to look at them until she is ready to go to work on them.)

(It is Friday night as I type this, two days after the session. To date Miss Callahan appears to be all right. Jane saw her at 3 PM, mail time. Jane has been picking up Miss Callahan’s mail as suggested, and also sometimes manages to look in on her at another time of day.

(End at 10:29. Jane was again well dissociated. John Bradley said the material was much harder to follow, when given verbally, than it was the last time he witnessed a session. It was much more complex. John also said he tried to communicate with Jane mentally while she was speaking, concerning his company, Searle Drug. But since Jane did not mention the subject John considered his efforts a failure, for whatever reason.

(Jane finished the session in good humor, particularly the comments on physical effects, Mark, and the like. And I am curious about my little puzzle.)
