How Seth, Dreams … eventually came to be issued by Stillpoint Publishing, how it can even be thought of as a “lost manuscript,” makes a most interesting account that I’ll just outline here. [...]

Without taking into account here the essences of other life forms, do I think the human personality survives physical death? [...]

When I got up at 6:15 A.M. I hurried to write down this most significant account, and begin my interpretation of it. [...]

Accounts of projecting into distant future lives seem rare: Perhaps the conscious self deeply hesitates at swimming in such uncharted pools of consciousness, even though present and future relationships are assumed.

[...] Both of us have had our psychic expressions (really isolated episodes) involving what can be called simultaneously existing reincarnational selves, and we’ve published accounts of a few of these. [...]

[...] Our own general psychological unease certainly contributed to that failure, but Jane’s writing became bogged down in details about dates, quotations from old sessions, and elaborate studies built upon our dream accounts and other psychic and daily records, for example. [...]

[...] I’d written a detailed account of it upon arising, as I do with all dreams I recall, and Jane had read it as we ate breakfast. [...]

(There follows the account from my notebook describing my adventure in hearing music while almost asleep: “February 27, Sunday night, actually 12:30 AM: As I lay in bed half asleep I heard very clearly music in chords, played by an electric guitar. [...]

[...] When Andrew called I went to see him, showing him the two latest communications from Blue Cross, with the new claim numbers for Jane’s account; he copied them, and reiterated that the company was stalling: “It helps their cash flow, but it doesn’t do anything for ours.” [...]

[...] The whole thing had a weird unbelievability about it, as Jane and I watched the TV reports and read—and saved – the newspaper accounts.

[...] The dream did involve Saturday’s visit with the tax accountant (Jack Joyce), which in a way was a re-creation of the dream. [...]

[...] Just before supper tonight I finished writing an account of what I’d seen, and Jane read it while we ate. [...]

The whole experience had a hard-to-define childlike or naïve quality, as several members of Jane’s ESP class remarked the next night when I read this account to them, and showed the sketch around.

[...] We are quite aware of the time situations within other systems, however, and we must take them into account in our communications. [...]
