For those who may be puzzled by Seth’s reference to “pendulums,” I’ll quote a paragraph of my own for the 619th session at 10:01, in Chapter 4 of Personal Reality:

[...] I want Ruburt to keep a pendulum by the bed. In the morning suggestions given with the pendulum, and both of you participating. [...]

[...] The pendulum had swung too far over in both of your cases, to a discipline that became static and frozen. [...]

[...] This is just before your own pendulum sessions.

(4:14 p.m. Seth, then, verified my own pendulum information about my mother’s beliefs and my reactions to them being involved with my shaky right hand.)

[...] Questioning on my part, and Jane’s use of the pendulum, told us these symptoms, somewhat annoying and at first puzzling, were related to the above material. [...]

Your pendulum work continues to be a help, because it keeps such issues before your eyes. Ruburt should read our last session particularly, once or twice a week, for it will reinforce your pendulum work.

(Note: On November 10, 1970, pendulum tells me I now agree with this data, where on November 3, I disagreed with it all.)
