The following basic subjects are necessary for an understanding of what we are trying to say, particularly for any practical application: the construction of physical matter; the psychological and electrical gestalt that results in the formation of a self; the nature of the dream universe; the electrical system, as it is related to both the physical universe and the inner psychic gestalt; the nature of action; mental enclosures; mental genes; and again, all of these subjects in relationship to their reality as action.

[...] Bear in mind also that as individuals, you are creating new dimensions through which consciousness can know itself, both in physical experience and within other systems. As a part of consciousness other systems are not closed to you, but as physical organisms other systems are closed to you.

These dream activities have a pulsing quality that could be compared with the pulsing of heartbeat, and that are quite as vital to the human system. It is rather important that the reality of these electromagnetic systems be understood, as they are so important in the construction of physical images and dream images, and since they are responsible for the inner communication which takes place beneath consciousness.

These systems are affected by the weather, and they also affect the weather. [...]

Within your system however, color, to man, is more important than shape, though this is not true with all species in your system. [...]

The whole personality has for a long time been waiting in another system of reality. There is no law that says that a personality must fully materialize within a given system, though it is usually wiser to do so.

Because mental enzymes seem to give the same effects most of the time in your system, your scientists blithely label these as laws of nature; that is, the apparent laws of cause and effect. If you’ll forgive a pun, because a certain cause will usually give a certain effect in your physical universe, you may be justified in saying that the apparent results are laws that operate within your system. [...] The enzyme part of our little equation permits vitality to operate successfully under diverse mental and physical situations and forms the basis for each particular system of existence.
