Seth repeated often that Peggy and Bill should read more of the material.
(Speaking of the fact that civilized man should not kill, Seth said the whole idea of killing is fallacious to begin with: an enemy who is “dead” is far more harmful than one who is still alive.

There are tiny innocuous instances that come up daily: “Shall I go to the movies, or bowling?” “Shall I brush my teeth now or later?” “Should I write to my friend today or tomorrow?” There are also more pertinent questions having to do with careers, ways of life, or other deeper involvements.

There are no chapters per se. As Seth explained in the 743rd session: “This book had no chapters [in order] to further disrupt your accepted notions of what a book should be.

Seth’s Preface is in Volume 1, of course, and it too should be studied again; to me, such acts of referral between the two volumes help the reader mentally unite them.
It seemed that I should have finished my part of both books long ago, even though simultaneously I was working on several other projects with Jane, as well as painting a few hours a day.
[...]
I also felt that the chronology of presentation for both Seth’s and Jane’s books was being distorted: Because I was so slow in finishing my work on Volume 2 of “Unknown” Reality, Jane published her Psychic Politics first, for example, when the reverse order should have prevailed.

For future reference, Joseph, and I repeat future, you should not probably need this for awhile, the words “All right Jane, you’re back now,” will always suffice to return Ruburt to his more usual condition.
In all respects there must be complete honesty here, and conditions should be reached where there is no fear of ridicule on Ruburt’s part, or fear of lack of successful data, or failure.
This should be clearly understood, for our progress depends upon a feeling of trust, and fears of this nature will impede us.
