This problem-solving aspect of dreams is rather important, and can be utilized with rather impressive practical results. [...]

He also realized that at least to some extent this energy had accumulated as a result of his own good intentions, and his desire to help others. [...]

The exercise this evening, and its results, gave you a small preliminary example of the potency of suggestion when you decide to use it jointly for such a purpose.
