Give us time … There are, again, inner coordinates having to do with the inner behavior of electrons. [...] The coordinates that link you with others who are more or less of your kind have to do with psychic and psychological intersections that result in a like space-time framework.
(9:40.) Give us time … You are also viewing your solar system through your own time perspective, which is relative. You “look backward into time,” you say, when you stare outward into the universe. [...] You will never meet them in your exterior reality, however, for you are not focused in the time period of their existence. [...]
At the beginning of Appendix 12, see the longer presentation from the 44th session for Seth’s discussion of “the value climate of psychological reality” — the “medium” that spontaneously contains within it all of our camouflage constructions of space, time, growth, and durability. [...]
[...] Time and space need not be connected, however — that is, the attractions that exist between a reality and any given probability cluster may have nothing to do with time and space at all. [...] You imagine your universe as extending outward in space (and backwards in time). [...]
[...] You can tell the position of the other actors for example, or time by clock, but these physical senses will not tell you that time is itself a camouflage, or that consciousness forms the other actors, or that realities that you cannot see exist over and beyond the physical matter that is so apparent.

[...] Their purpose is to open up within the three-dimensional selves those psychological doorways that will release the three-dimensional self for further development in another system of reality.
Your real environment is innocent of space and time as you know them. [...]
(Slower at 10:07:) Your body’s condition at any time is not so much the result of its own comprehension of its “past history” as it is the result of its own comprehension of future probabilities. [...] I will make it clearer later in the book.2 But your limited ideas of time cause conceptual barriers that operate even when you consider the structure of physical biological life.
[...] Hopefully — hopefully — hopefully, in your terms of time, you may get a glimpse of what I mean. [...]
(A note: Jane telephoned Tam Mossman, her editor, today — and learned that Tam already felt that Seth might have begun another book: he’d wondered about it several times in recent days.

[...] It manipulates in a larger number of dimensions, until it is able you see to handle many, not just one, of its own egos at any given “time”—and you may put time in quotes—while still maintaining its own inner stability and individuality. It takes on more roles, you see, and the psychological structure becomes more complicated as the inner self becomes sure enough of itself to admit ever more stimuli, while still retaining its own core.
(The idea in using the same object a second time in succession was to see whether Seth would come up with the same, or similar, impressions, both times. Seth does deal with some of the same impressions in both experiments, using different language each time, and this will be indicated where we think it occurred.
(This is the first time during the envelope experiments that the same object was used twice in succession. [...]
[...] He will most likely have several other dreams of this nature within a short period of time.
The words “Let thy will be done,” represented excellent psychological understanding, for according to Christ’s teachings as originally given, God the father represented the source or parent of the self, who was by nature free from the self’s ignorance or lack of understanding at any given time, and who would know better than the known self those experiences that would fulfill the self’s hopes, dreams, and potentials.
[...] Hence he stressed time and time again that each person was a child of God.
You both chafed against the belief of your times, that man was a natural aggressor, tainted from birth, that he was damned by his very nature, condemned by his early childhood background, by original sin, or by his genes. At the same time you were also tainted by those beliefs, and seemed to see evidence for them whenever you looked into your selves, or outward to the world of your fellows. [...]
I always have to couch my material for you personally, just ahead (emphatically) of where you are at any given time. Overall, however, the main thrust of the material of course has always been way ahead of where you are, practically speaking, at any given time.

[...] She’d read me Friday’s work that same evening, and I had some questions about it, although it’s very difficult to formulate questions while listening to something the first time, and without having a written version to refer to. Yet as I listened to her I felt that at times the Sinful Self seemed to almost be trying to put the blame for her symptoms off on other portions of the personality—or let’s say that that was one of the feelings I had. [...]

(I explained to Jane my mental saying, “Sorry, Mom, but I don’t have time any more for your shaky beliefs or ideas,” as it had spontaneously grown out of Seth’s comments about why my right hand is shaky, in a recent session. [...]

[...] The dream, any dream, fits neatly within certain and definite electromagnetic boundaries, and at the same time helps to form the electromagnetic field itself.
[...] The worry referred to above concerns Jane’s interest in her ESP book; it took her publisher some time to let her know he was reading it, and as seen in the 195th session Jane finally telephoned the publisher to get the final okay on the book. [...]

(While trying psychological time I had the following experiences:
(The thrilling then returned, this time to a lesser degree and ranging down from the top of my head. The first time, it ran up my body from the left foot.
What you consider your consciousness, or your self, or your thinking ego, represents of course only one portion of your entire consciousness, that part which you are using at this time. [...]
(While trying psychological time I had the following experiences:

[...] No existence is chosen for one reason only, but would also serve many other psychological experiences.
Groups of individuals come together in various lives for certain purposes, separate, and may or may not come together again in a different time or place. [...]
Now: It is not necessary that you learn about your own past lives, though it may be helpful if you understand that you chose the circumstances of your birth this time.

[...] Those senses possess their own variances, so that without any word such as “now” or “then,” the creatures are able to know quite accurately how many living creatures are in the vicinity, how long they have been there (pause) — and their experience with time is one that follows the seasons in such a way that they have formed a wordless, fairly accurate picture of the world, including navigational direction.
[...] She seems to think the actual episode of Father Darren chasing her around the bed when she was in that hotel room with him as a teen-ager is changed, whereas I thought Seth meant that the original event remained, but that her psychological understanding of what had transpired changed a good deal. [...] They yearn, often without recognizing it, for the remembered knowledge of early childhood, when it seems that they experienced for a time a dimension of experience in which the unexpected was taken for granted, when “magical events” occurred quite naturally. [...] At such times the conserving elements in nature and in society itself do not seem as strong as they did before. [...] You are in such times now.
And she does well at times. When she began writing Magical Approach, she even surprised me by occasionally helping me get breakfast, cooking bacon and eggs at the hot plate I’d set up for her some seven months ago on the kitchen table.4 Although she could work at the table while sitting down, she’d given up those simple, nurturing acts of food preparation many weeks ago; her fingers weren’t working well enough, she told me at the time; she didn’t trust herself enough to handle hot food—and I admit that when she implied a risk, the chance of an accident, I stopped encouraging her to help me with meals.
[...] They offered enthusiasm and faith and reinforcement to both of us, and renewed in us a fine nostalgia for old, seemingly more innocent times—even though all of us knew that that was illusory: Basically, those class days, those class years, couldn’t have been any more innocent than any other times; it was just that hindsight helped!
