(After several sessions involving various kinds of personal material we hoped to get back to the theoretical kind. The session was held in our living room as usual. [...]

[...] We have been speaking in terms of the personal past, present and future, as it exists for the individual. [...]

[...] None of them is a dark-haired person. [...]

(Jane now said that her personal association of mirth hooked it up to party ideas, so my question may have called this to her mind. [...]

[...] This particular, more advanced telepathy could not and did not occur in its most complicated form until the development within your plane of psychically developed personalities. [...]

[...] I realize that the very handicaps adopted could also be part of the given personality’s overall plan for life—contending with that as well as the gifts. [...]

[...] I feel like a person who expects company for a nice long chat, only to have them just say hello.”)

Ideas of course are highly important, for they are a part of your interpretation of the world, of personal events, and they are a part of the symbolizing process. [...]

[...] The person hesitates, perhaps falters, and may feel as if overtaken by a nightmare. [...]

[...] In a strange way, the depth of your understanding, to some extent now, determines how much I can tell you, and I am not speaking of personal matters here. [...]

In this case, however, deeper portions of the personality understand the message, and it will then in its own way rise to usual consciousness.

[...] They are usually studied almost in isolation, but wherever they appear their counterparts will be found to one extent or another, in all the activities in which a personality is involved. [...]

Personally, I like to have all the hard preliminary work done before I start typing a manuscript, so that I can race right through it with few changes.

[...] She is a nice person who means well, but who also broadcasts negative suggestions like a radio beacon, quite unwittingly. [...]
