You remember that I listed briefly the three forms used during projections. [...]

[...] Without thinking, I casually remarked that currently I had three things going reincarnationally¹ — involving the Roman soldier, the black woman, and Nebene — and that if I could untangle their time sequences, I could use them as part of a chronological list of my “past” lives.

I could list a few other past lives I’m supposed to have known, and so could Jane. [...]

[...] Checking the various categories of material against the original list of the inner senses, it was usually easy to see where the two fit together.

[...] The so-called Sinful Self is actually giving him a more or less handy list of stubborn older beliefs that clash with his new ones—beliefs that often go underground —and the “Sinful Self” is giving the rationale behind such beliefs. [...]

(I showed Jane the list of questions I’ve been acquiring, at Seth’s own suggestion, and told her that one of them concerned the insurance situation — that I didn’t want to mess it up by demanding action from our lawyer, say. [...]

(In the last two chapters Seth has answered just about all of the questions remaining on the list we had prepared originally for Chapter Twenty.

I am simply explaining the characteristics, aptitudes, abilities, and tendencies of Nature, with a capital N. There are so many different levels in what you call the dream state that they are impossible to list, except in stereotyped ways. [...]

Beside the list given earlier [tonight], you have the American belief that money will solve almost any social problem, that the middle-class way of life is the correct “democratic” one, and that the difficulty between blacks and whites in particular can be erased by applying social bandages, rather than by attacking the basic beliefs behind the problem.
