7. Seth first discussed his blueprints for reality in Session 696 for Volume 1: “Each probability system has its own set of ‘blueprints,’ clearly defining its freedoms and boundaries, and setting forth the most favorable structures capable of fulfillment … As an individual you carry within you such a blueprint … The information is knit into the genes and chromosomes, but it exists apart … In the same fashion the species en masse holds within its vast inner mind such working plans or blueprints.”

[...] (Pause.) A wish of Dr. Instream’s that is fulfilled, having to do with a project.

[...] The value fulfillment is quite as valid however within both systems, and in a very loose fashion this probability system could be compared to Dunne’s time three.

[...] They are independent to varying degrees, and they operate on various planes for purposes of overall fulfillment and development.

[...] It never occurred to you that the two aspects could release one another — one illuminating the other — and both be fulfilled. [...]

I told you a while ago that what seemed impractical was practical, and that value fulfillment is the only true practicality.

[...] Value fulfillment is the law of the universe, and it appears as growth within your system.

We have spoken about value extension and fulfillment, as one of the laws of the inner universe. [...]

[...] The blueprint gave him an idea of his potentials, and how they could be best fulfilled in earthly terms.³

The next chapter will describe my work, and those dimensions of reality into which it takes me, for as I travel into your reality I also travel into others, to fulfill that purpose which is mine to fill.
