[...] On the 13th we received from Sue Watkins our first copy of Volume 1 of Conversations With Seth, Sue’s excellent account of the ESP classes Jane used to hold in one of the two apartments we rented in downtown Elmira, before we moved to the hill house outside of town in 1975. [...]

Bill Baker left soon after learning that Jane no longer holds her ESP classes. [...]

(In spite of the fact that we are all good friends, Jane grew somewhat nervous as the day wore on, because the Spazianis had never witnessed a session, although both of them are interested in ESP, and Jim has read a great many books on the subject.

[...] I later mentioned this dream in my first book in the field, How To Develop Your ESP Power. Even then, I had no idea that it would be only one of a series of psychic events involving Miss Cunningham, nor did I see its true significance in my own development.

At around 9:15 P.M. I was in the living room talking to Jane about her ESP book. [...]
