Energy moves through all fields and all systems. You are enabling the energy which is yourself to realize its existence within other systems; and speaking merely in terms of energy and action, we are here involved with transparent motion as energy moves from one system to another.

The greatest Old Masters felt the inner self’s great integrity, and its connection with All That Is, and each in his own way through painting tried to represent that energy and show it to others. The energy is behind all. When you look at the great world picture before you in space and time, look at it as you would a multidimensional worldscape, painted by some artist who was all of the great masters in one; and behind the scenes of destruction and conflict, feel the great energy that in itself denies the destruction that is in that case so cleverly depicted.

[...] Even paintings of great destruction spoke of the great creative energy behind the talent that vitalized the very medium, and by its very creativity denied the very strength of the destruction so cleverly depicted.

[...] The system also provides practice in the methods of transforming energy into form, and of maintaining intensities, of manipulating energy in various aspects.

Before you can be allowed into systems of reality that are more extensive and open, you must first learn to handle energy, and see, through physical materializations, the concrete result of thought and emotion. [...]

In other systems energy is more directly felt, more extensive. [...]

You are dealing with the transformation of emotional energy into action and form. [...]

As far as self and notself are concerned, the unit of self is organized, as you know, by the inner ego, which directs the whole energy field. [...] The outer ego is rather more tied to physical properties, and yet it can directly experience inner reality by a change of focus through aligning itself with the inner ego, focusing its energies with the inner rather than the outer senses. In the past you have been afraid of using energy up, as if you had so much and no more. [...] You will have energy as you need it, and if you do not demand it and draw upon it, you will have less.

The upsetting alterations of consciousness occur mainly when Ruburt’s energies are being utilized elsewhere. On physical levels is then when he becomes most aware of the lack of his usual energy, or of available needed resources, which are so connected with thyroid activity. [...]

You are tapping the energy of your being, the inner self, with which you have not been familiar. [...]

[...] It is the inner self, here termed the inner ego, that organizes, initiates, projects, and controls the EE (electromagnetic energy) units of which we have been speaking, transforming energy into objects, into matter.

The energy of this inner self is used by it to form from itself—from inner experience—a material counterpart in which the outer ego then can act out its role. [...]

Now: the EE (electromagnetic energy) units are the forms that basic experience takes when directed by this inner self. [...]

[...] In trying to deny these early facts of your existence you have shut off strong portions of your own energy and creative strength so that they could not operate for you in your life. The suggestion itself, psychologically, also prevents you from simply being swept away, willy-nilly, by the collective energy. Ruburt picked up energy in this way this afternoon, quite spontaneously, and without conscious consideration.

At times you become jealous of your energies. You fear that direct psychic experience in terms of projections could rob you of the energy you should put into your painting and quite unconsciously, though not entirely, when you are focusing upon your painting strongly with particular inner vigor, then you close the door to personal psychic adventures out of a misplaced jealousy for your art.

You feel that all of your energy must go into the painting at hand. In this way you also close the door unknowingly to additional energy and refreshment (pause), to some extent (underlined). [...]

However, dedicated psychic exploration of such a nature always brings with it increased intuitional powers, and new energy and a spiritual understanding that can be used then in any creative endeavor. [...]

[...] Endeavors which you felt involved a greater production or use, rather, of energy. [...]

[...] But there will be a very noticeable additional energy available to you both, individually and jointly.

Now, with new energy available and with many problems behind you, this possibility is very strong.

There are interchanges of energy within you constantly, as you know. [...]
