“Seth material” search engine (Jane Roberts)

[...] The information must impress the nervous system, and it will take the most highly developed physical channel. [...] Therefore inner data is directed, often, into that channel, for it will impress him vividly.

[...] That does not mean that all inner perceptions will be restricted to these particular channels. [...]

[...] I believe that I had gone as far as my intellect and normal creativity could take me and that new channels were opened when I needed them most. Generally, I think, these other channels open when we have ceased to rely upon most of the answers that have been given to us by others and found wanting. [...]

I’m including in this chapter a few poems as notes of a subjective autobiography, to show what events triggered this first release of unconscious material on my part, opening the doors to the interior universe; for now I believe that certain personal conditions are characteristic prerequisites for such developments, that the channels of intuitive knowledge are opened according to the intensity of individual need. [...] The fact remains that I am also a channel through which this information comes to you. [...]

[...] I can only to some extent communicate at this channel, yet you realize that the Seth you know, while a part of my identity, is nevertheless independent, and progresses along the lines of his own development. [...]

Illnesses can be seen as impeding actions representing actual blockages of energy, action turned into channels that are not to the best interests of the personality. [...]

[...] When action is not allowed to follow the patterns or channels for its expression that have been evolved by the personality, then blockages of energy occur.

[...] When the lines to the repressed action are released and the channels to it opened, such an illness will vanish. [...]

[...] She is also learning not to channel aggressions onto the shoulder.”

(The following material is, in part, an outgrowth of certain effects described in Personal Reality; see my notes for the 616th session, bridging chapters 2 and 3. That session was held on September 20, 1972, and the notes I’m referring to concern a new development in Jane’s abilities: her initial realization that on at least some occasions she would have more than one channel of information available from Seth. [...]

(Jane had some other insights into Seth’s multiple channels as she continued dictating Personal Reality after that session,¹ yet we continued to think of the new development as one of mostly theoretical interest. [...]

This is for a definite schedule on his part for a while, that will channel his energy in creative goals, and also toward some physical goals—and incidentally away from the symptoms.

[...] They also serve as intuitional springboards, opening up channels through which insights can flow. [...]

[...] (Recently.) It is a highly evocative word to him, and even his intellect has always trusted revelationary knowledge as long as it was given to him through channels that were egotistically accepted. [...]

[...] Many of these reasons are the personality’s own reasons for (louder, abruptly) opening up the revelationary channels, and they would be legitimate regardless of the nature of my existence.

(This was one of those times when she was consciously aware that several channels of information were available from Seth. [...]

[...] She began tuning in to this information on her own, rather than getting it through one of Seth’s channels. [...]

[...] Then over here” — she pointed off to her right, indicating there was more than one channel available from Seth now — “there’s information on how this stuff can be applied to us, if we ask for it.

[...] Now, Seth did give a page or so of material on how Jane and I can put the material in this session to use — at last break, Jane had said that a channel for personal material was open. [...]

(A note: My own hunch is that there’s a good connection between Seth’s reincarnational points of power, cellular memory, and the coordinate points he discusses in Chapter Five of Seth Speaks: “These coordinate points act as channels through which energy flows, and as warps or invisible paths from one reality to another. [...]

Now you are both channels, in those terms, for what you might think of as both white holes and black holes. You are channels through which various realities merge and meet and in which transmutations constantly occur. [...]

[...] And now I return you to our friend and we will switch channels. [...]

It does mean that action is turned into channels that are not to the best interests of the whole personality. [...]

When it is not allowed to flow unimpeded, following the patterns or channels for its expression that have been evolved by the personality, then various blockages of energy occur; with such blockups of inhibited action, small blockages occur frequently, and the blockages or impediments themselves must be understood, not as something apart from the personality, but a part of the changing personality.

When the lines to the original action are released and the channels opened to it, the illness will vanish. [...]

[...] Ruburt and you together provide the necessary channels. [...]

[...] Ruburt is not good enough yet to change his channels quickly, but he is learning. [...]

The window is clearer and more transparent, and the channels are therefore clearer.

[...] They are channels, opening, forming clear access through many camouflage systems. [...]

(Not only that: Jane now had several other channels of data available from Seth. [...]

(As break neared its end, Jane said that Seth was going to give the material available through one of the other channels open from him tonight. [...]

7. Jane first experienced the multiple-channel effect with Seth not long after she began delivering Personal Reality; see Session 616 for Chapter 2.

But more than this, the fact itself of belief cleanses the psychic and spiritual channels of negative debris. [...]

[...] It is (underlined) possible, but in these cases limitations are put by the individual, closing off other channels, and this in unnatural.

Unless you place limitations these released powers will operate in all channels of your reality. [...]

(Her awareness of this “probable” channel reminded me that she’d experienced a similar phenomenon in the 666th session in Chapter Eighteen. [...] See the 616th session in Chapter Two for her first encounter with multiple channels.

[...] She now told me that while delivering the World War II data for the book, she had been quite aware of another, unspoken, channel from Seth.

[...] We are giving what we can, to keep the channel open while we see what we can do.

He also knows that such channels lead other people away from, specifically, the Catholic church. [...]
