(It is Seth’s interpretation of Jane’s very interesting dream of this morning, and was given after he had finished dictation for the evening on Chapter 22 of his book: Seth Speaks—A Goodbye and an Introduction.

Ruburt needs you to do his best work, and the support that you give him. He trusts you. In the dream he follows you where he wants to go, but he needs your confidence to help lead him.
The dream has several aspects. First the defined steps going upward represented fairly (underlined) ordinary steps that had to be taken, that others had taken before you. They were clearly defined as such. Even then Ruburt wondered about them. They became less defined as you went higher.

He was afraid he would be turned upside down, and in the dream he was before he attained the top. This represents his tendency to look back over the way he has come.
On a physical level the dream had another meaning—that after awhile he will not be worried about stairs and walking. The method of getting upstairs will no longer concern him, simply the ascent, and that the two of you together are conquering the physical situation.
The dream also shows his willingness to follow you in both cases, and emphasizes your confidence in his abilities. It shows the two of you again with common goals, working together.
