Indeed, the Arab connection and foreign language and a meeting of three joined first in a conspiracy, not definite. Then made definite after the debate. Two other men in particular. One whose name has strong A sounds. And a money connection with him.

The Arab-Jew conflict more involved than it appears. Possibly some knowledge on the part of the Jews, not specific maybe, but suspected, that this would happen, and a political realization of its consequences—beneficial to the Jews, that prevented warnings. Is that clear?

(During subsequent days there was some talk about this sort of possibility; especially was the Arab-Jewish conflict brought into the picture, at least by implication. Time will reveal whether there is more specific application of this data,, and that immediately following.)
