But even in the sleeping condition, as should be obvious, the individual accepts and attracts certain experiences and blocks out others. You know that telepathy and clairvoyance operate rather freely in the dream state. However the nature of such experiences is strongly dependent upon the particular emotional system that is characteristic of any given personality.
