It may indeed sound like an oversimplification. However, you are exactly what you think you are, and every thought is mirrored in the physical matter of the human organism. This does not happen by some sort of occult magic. It is not the result of some mumbo jumbo. Since each individual creates subconsciously the physical matter of his own image, then it follows that the condition of this image is his own responsibility.

I have also discussed the electrical components that make up each thought. These thoughts, then, are automatically translated into physical matter by certain areas of the subconscious. If certain long-standing distorted concepts are held, therefore, then they must be faced and struck out. For otherwise there is an automatic flow of this energy into a false disruptive pattern.

(Break at 9:20. Jane was much more dissociated than usual for a first delivery. She thought this was because of the presence of witnesses. She came out of the trance quickly however.

(Break at 9:55. Jane was again well dissociated. She said she felt as though the Seth voice was pulling her along. Her trance was deep, she felt very free, she said. She remarked that the feeling was similar to the two Father Trainor episodes, of February 11,1965 and May 30,1965; I too had had the thought that there was a similarity here, and thought I detected a hint of a brogue in Jane’s delivery at times. She had exhibited a rather marked brogue during the Father Trainor episodes.

My thought here was merely that in perhaps four or five sessions we could deliver a basic, if not thoroughly adequate, explanation that would then serve as a basis for those who attended the four or five sessions, so that any problems could then be discussed in such a manner that the witnesses would be familiar with basic precepts and terminology.

A thought is an action. A dream is as much an action as a breath is an action. Although we speak in terms of separation, all reality is a part of action. When we divide action in order to discuss it, we in no way change the reality of action, nor alter its nature.

We find therefore no, no limitations to the self, neither top nor bottom. The self is not enclosed within the bony skull. You call your thoughts your own, and yet how do you hold them?
