(When I did, I felt very relaxed indeed, almost rubbery. This feeling of ease persisted to a marked degree for a couple of hours. Working this afternoon was most pleasant; I forgot all about my back trouble. While I had myself in this state, I tried to give myself good, positive suggestions.
