Jane: What I imagine is that in Creative Writing class which consists here today of two people, Charlie’s mother, and Hope W., who is a young gal or a gal in, I don’t know how old, 30 maybe, no, 28. I don’t know.
Anyway, we do different things in that class and one of the things that we did, you know how we in this class use the pyramid at the top of the head to contact other probable selves? Well, in that class I suggested that we use the pyramid and I didn’t give them any suggestions as to what they might come up with, but just that they send their consciousness out. And they did get the feeling that we do get when we’re doing it here. And it only took maybe 3,4 minutes. That they send their consciousness out and just accept whatever they got. They got the pyramid effect, the path, the whole bit that we get.

Jane: Okay, you can call it the dark side of the personality and you can compare, if you just look at it that way, the helper with the bright side of the personality if you want. You can experiment. With others you can get an idea for things in class that you can do on your own. But if you don’t spend the time to do it on your own, you won’t get results. So it’s up to you as to how much time you want to spend. And how curious you are to use your abilities to find out what you can do with your own consciousness. ‘Cause each of you can do different things with your consciousness than I can do with mine, because your consciousness is your own. Your experiences are going to be your own. You’ll be as free with them as you allow yourselves to be. I think that what you’re doing in the dream state, with what some of us are doing, is really great. I think it’s a breakthrough. And I think that if we continue that we’ll really have some fantastic things going for us. And when I talk now I’m (words lost)... is that I’m also sending stuff out to some of the regular members in class who are working hard and to whom I dont have time to speak in class. And I found out on building up this helper, you’re all building up also your own helpers in those terms, that you can use. I think that before we finish all the regular class members will be having dream experiences that are as vivid as what goes on in regular class. And that your daily lives will be immeasurably enriched. I think, see, personally because of the way I work in conscious writing, that your own consciousness is such a fantastic, precious thing; and to close it in is... I just can’t understand it. That you should allow yourself every ability you can to see what you can do with it.
And if you get various kinds of hangups then you’ll get over them. I think that Ron has got some, Florence has got some. We all have some to various degrees. But you can work through them, and I’d really like all of you to do this. I’m sorry to say that Florence will not be able to come to class next week, so I suggest that we take Sue, instead of Ron or Florence, and all work on Sue this week. So that we can work on Florence in the time when she’ll be here the next week to report and know what’s going on. and I want you to take particular note with your dreams. And try, ‘cause I know you can all do it, to take your conscious awareness into the dream state. It’s not that difficult. It’s just difficult because you think it is. And really see what you can do, ‘cause you can do stuff in the dream state with your consciousness just like you can here. You just have to realize you can do it. And I’m saying good night for Seth and that means class is over.
