Sue Watkins has informed us that she’s approximately halfway through writing Volume 2 of her Conversations With Seth.

[...] On the 13th we received from Sue Watkins our first copy of Volume 1 of Conversations With Seth, Sue’s excellent account of the ESP classes Jane used to hold in one of the two apartments we rented in downtown Elmira, before we moved to the hill house outside of town in 1975. Sue was now working on the last two chapters of the second and last volume of Conversations. [...]

On October 30 Sue Watkins called to tell us that she’s finished writing Volume 2 of Conversations With Seth. [...]

[...] One was a painting purchased by Carl and Sue Watkins (which, half jokingly, we had called Moses); one, the portrait of me (pause); and one that you have not completed — that the Dean (Seth’s friendly title for Tom M., one of the members of ESP class) asked about recently, of a woman. [...]

Right after that Sue Watkins called from her home in upstate New York to tell us that she’d just received from Prentice-Hall her first printed copy of Volume 2 of Conversations With Seth. [...] Even though we could hardly be called impartial, we knew that in her long account of much that had taken place in Jane’s ESP classes, Sue had produced superior work both for herself and for us, through her viewpoint offering new dimensions and insights concerning what all three of us—four, counting Seth!—had been, and still are, trying to do. Our copy of Conversations did arrive from Sue early in October. [...]

(During the 618th session, which Dick and Eleanor witnessed, and during which I manifested the Nebene characteristics by quizzing Jane about reincarnational data for Dick and Eleanor, Jane also “saw” Nebene by my chair—as she had on the previous occasion some months ago when Sue Watkins was present. [...]

And you (to Sue) were out this evening. [...]

[...] By session time they were somewhat diminished, but were very inhibiting during the day, making me hesitate to do the things I’d ordinarily do without a second thought, such as drive to the post office to mail Jane’s intro for Sue’s book Conversations With Seth. [...]

[...] It was in that life also that he knew Sue as the personality that sometimes has emerged between them.

Now, the point that our friend over here (Sue) was trying to make earlier is related, to some extent, along these lines in that you can become so afraid of violence that you overemphasize its effect. [...]
