“Seth material” search engine (Jane Roberts)

(Before tonight’s session I mentioned to Jane that I hoped Seth would discuss the August 12-15 date he gave for Miss Callahan, and would mention Bill’s report on his predictions. [...]

Miss Callahan, on the 14th of August, merely suffered a very light stroke. [...]

[...] She gave the information on Miss Callahan while pacing back and forth with her left hand to her forehead, as though in deep thought. [...]

Incidentally, I was able to give you some of the information about Miss Callahan by drawing upon some of the abilities or qualities of Frank Watts, even though he is resting at the time.

(And however loose the fit, I can state here that Miss Callahan was the subject or question I had in mind and wanted to know about.

(Jane and I had not seen Miss Callahan since our visit of Feb. [...]

I would suggest that you watch for the May 23rd date which I have given you in regard to Miss Callahan, and that you use some caution in dealing with whatever situation may arise.

(As soon as Seth began to talk about Miss Callahan, I felt a chill. [...]

[...] Miss Callahan would have come in here seeking it, and a critical situation would have resulted. [...]

Incidentally, I do suggest that Ruburt make a short visit to Miss Callahan within the next few days. [...]

You may visit your Miss Callahan, for example, as Ruburt has done. [...] Generally speaking, such visits will involve you however with one main environment, so you could do that indefinitely, and we will want you to have more experience than that. (In Book 1, see Session 28 re Miss Callahan.)

(After Monday’s short session Jane visited Miss Callahan, but was unable to learn from her of anything unusual or significant that might have happened to or with her during the time mentioned by Seth in the 63rd session. Miss Callahan, though frail, appeared to be in good spirits.

(Just before the session was due, I mentioned two things I hoped Seth would discuss: his dates for Miss Callahan, and the car experiment on my part, described on page 302. [...]

[...] Miss Dineen told them they needn’t do so on a holiday, and the conversation among the three of them took off from there—culminating in Miss Dineen remembering that she knew us when Miss Callahan was alive, etc.—all of this after Carol and Fred had asked Miss Dineen if she knew us.

[...] Jane and I haven’t seen Miss Dineen except once soon after Miss Callahan’s death at least 10 years ago. [...]

[...] (When Carol opened the screen door, she let Willy Two out, but picked him up easily.) Miss Dineen remembers you kindly also because of Miss Callahan, of course.

[...] The 133rd session also contains a list of previous sessions in which Seth has dealt with Miss Callahan to varying degrees. Miss Callahan, a retired schoolteacher, was also acquainted with Frank Watts. [...]

There was a possibility at one time, for a particular period of time, when for various reasons your Miss Callahan was in danger of falling down the front flight of stairs. [...]

The suggestions mentioned, had you used them consistently, would have changed your own reactions to the Miss Callahan incidents, and allowed you greater freedom. [...]

You should have made a positive and enlightened effort to help Miss Callahan, once you realized your predicament. [...]

Remind him of his kindnesses to your apartment-house neighbor, Miss Callahan, to his many students, and of his love for you. [...]

(After the session, Jane said that along with this answer she also received the thought from Seth, which she did not give voice to, that even though Miss Callahan did not pass away by April 15th the date would still be a significant one for her, a time of change; but whether for the better or worse Jane did not know.

[...] Jane and I had been talking about trying to check out some of this material, since presumably records concerning Frank Watts would exist locally; and possibly people who knew him, other than Miss Callahan, and a co-worker of Jane’s at the gallery when the sessions began, Mrs. Borst, might be found who would help us verify any data Seth gave. [...]

(It will be recalled that in the 63rd session, page 159, Seth gave us an August 12-15 date for Miss Callahan. [...]

Both of you do this now in relation to your Miss Callahan, so you should understand the feel of it.
