[...] For investigation into the nature of space and time as they are experienced within the dream framework, will tell you more about the real nature of space and time then you can ever learn through studying their distorted appearances within physical reality. [...]

You can also tell yourselves when you wish that you will give special attention to the nature of time and space, as these appear within your dreams. You will discover then upon awakening that many perceptions concerning time and space within the dream state will remain with you.

As I mentioned, your psychological time experiences will also help you to investigate the nature of time and space to some degree.

[...] At the same time, by session time she was quite upset and irritable—appalled, really—at the content of some of the letters she’d read—this, we agreed, because we usually would focus more on the one negative letter compared to the ten positive ones—and by far most of them were very positive, friendly, sometimes even adulatory. Now the species does have its life-tasters, rising always out of any given time to check on the overall quality of life, to see what new ingredients should be added—what new directions should be followed, what new ideas or inventions must be planted for future harvest.

[...] Their experience of time was entirely different, and in the beginning the entire earth operated in a kind of dream time. In your terms, this meant that time could be quickened, or lengthened. It was a kind of psychological time.

[...] The difficulty would lie in the drain upon his time, for people would want readings: and again, look for miracles rather than self-understanding and self-development.

[...] Sometimes when such events occur, the precognitive trigger is not even recognized when it is encountered physically, because it happens too far ahead of time. [...] He took a routine job in a local business and stayed with it for over 20 years, all of the time hating to go to work, or saying that he did, and at the same time refusing to try other areas of activity that were open to him — because he was afraid to try.

[...] This time she told me I had better speak her name three times, as Seth had suggested I do in a recent session, when her trance was deep. I did so now, and very slowly Jane opened her eyes, one at a time, on a crack. [...]

[...] When she finally began to talk Jane said this was the deepest trance, the “farthest out” she had ever been, bar no other time. [...] She felt Seth had come through as specifically as possible for her at this time, and with great clearness. [...]

[...] If you sense the peculiar and overall gestalt that is beneath the form at any given time, then creation of the form will follow naturally and truly.

[...] At the same time she “knew my body was trying out some new positions in bed, like it used to before all this happened. [...]

(This afternoon I mowed grass for the first time, and trimmed a tree or two. [...]

[...] Earlier I’d read her the verse from the birthday card I’d bought her yesterday, and she had enjoyed that as much as she had yesterday, when I’d read it to her for the first time. Both of us had felt emotion at the reading, both times. [...]

[...] At the time we talked my gums were bothering me considerably in the lower front, and I’ve been having more than enough tooth trouble. [...]

[...] She then seemed to project—she felt that she was hovering in the air over the Glen campground, which we know so well, and that she was looking down at the darkening green trees as they would appear at the present time—at about dusk.

Many elements separate us, but time and space have little to do with the distances between us. [...]

[...] Jane’s lips moved over soundless words several times. [...]

He does, indeed, and he wants to walk, by the way—but he does not want to waste his time. [...] In a fashion the symptoms are a result of overorganization—the distrust of impulses not specifically related to writing time. [...]

(10:01.) He did think women had to try harder, as I have discussed many times. [...] Your ideas jointly about time, for example, add to both of your difficulties. [...]

[...] She was quieter than usual through supper and up until session time; although she said she wanted to hold the session. [...]

You are playing games now, acting in plays that you call present times and you take your roles very seriously, but there are other dramas going on at the same time. [...]

[...] This is merely a beginning of courses in which you will become involved and you will meet your selves in those other levels of actuality as on several occasions you seem to meet yourselves in reincarnational situations in this room, so that you will be able to relate not only to the physical individual in this space and in this time and in this room, but also able to relate to other portions of your personality, in your terms, that existed in the past or will exist in the future. To those of you who are not regular students I bid you welcome and both of you have hitchhiked through time also. [...]

[...] From various information Seth has given us, I believe such things are possible at times, and Jane agrees. This time however, Jane quickly became impatient for some reason, and literally commanded the ring, mentally, to move. [...]

(After Monday’s short session Jane visited Miss Callahan, but was unable to learn from her of anything unusual or significant that might have happened to or with her during the time mentioned by Seth in the 63rd session. [...]

(Jane’s cold was not much better, and as session time drew near she said that unless Seth helped her considerably there would be no session, for she was having difficulty talking.

[...] The first person I talked to was our friend Sue Watkins, who has attended ESP class almost from the time Jane started it in 1967. I was more than a little surprised when Sue said that she’d enjoyed such events several times. [...]

I wrote in the Introductory Notes that I thought Jane’s speed in producing the Seth material was “a close physical approach to, or translation of, Seth’s idea that basically all exists at once — that really there is no time …” I’ll add here that the phenomenon of double dreaming can be another way of approximating the idea of simultaneous time (or lives), about which we as physical creatures always have so many questions.

[...] And we told ourselves that Seth was perfectly capable of resuming work on “Unknown” Reality whenever we were ready to do so, whether the time lapse involved one week or six months.

[...] It was the first time I’d spoken for so long at a time, for one thing. [...]

[...] For a short time you wondered, and then the incident was forgotten. As a matter of fact, at the same time your brother, Loren, was looking out the window of your father’s shop [across the way] and saw nothing.”

“The man and woman in the York Beach dancing establishment … were fragments of your selves, thrown-off materializations of your own negative and aggressive feelings … the images were formed by the culminating energy of your destructive energies at the time. [...]

I will then meet with you at our regular time. [...] However, I have been so concerned of late with our lessons that I have barely taken time to do more than say hello and good-bye, and I do indeed now and then feel like indulging in some more relaxed social discourse. And one of these evenings we shall have a social time.
