I wanted to say more concerning the third inner sense in connection with concepts.

When and if you become proficient in the use of the third inner sense, then and only then will you be able to receive such concepts. [...]

The third inner sense, as I have told you, will enable you to some extent to free yourselves from the constructions of past, present and future, and will permit in theory instant cognition. [...]

I went into the connection between the third inner sense and concepts for a reason, and this will now be an introduction into the fourth inner sense. [...]

5. I was surprised to hear Jane’s somewhat embarrassed references to the third eye, since I couldn’t remember her mentioning it before in the sessions. The third eye (sometimes called the “back eye”) is the legendary organ of psychic perception, supposedly located behind the forehead. [...]

THIRD SEQUENCE

(In the 586th session, earlier in this chapter, Seth stated that by the year 2075 the third Christ — Paul or Saul — would have enacted the Second Coming, exerting of course a profound effect upon religion and world history. [...]

(Of course, we hadn’t known just how Seth was going to present his material in the chapter on religion on the third Christ and related data. [...]

(The data above on a third book for Jane was entirely unexpected by us, and unasked for. No one has given Jane a hint re any such third volume, etc.

(In Note 1, I described my third “Roman,” which took place this afternoon. [...]
