[...] The following words are the gist of it, without necessarily being in the right order. Practically all of this was given after Jane made several attempts to speak clearly enough so I could hear; and much of it with her head inclining to her right, toward her shoulder, as though she was extremely relaxed and in a deep trance:

[...] Now Jane’s left hand began to move; it lifted and slapped lightly at her right hand, on the table, and did this repeatedly. [...]

(Jane’s head did not remain still however, but began to tip to one side at times; then she would right it again while seemingly making efforts to speak. [...]

([Bette:] “Right. [...]

([Bette:] “That’s right.”

([Bette:] “Right.”

([Bette:] “I feel all right. [...]

All right.

(“All right Seth, what do you think of Jane’s answer?”)

(“Is that right, Seth?”)

Is what right?

[...] That it is your right and your heritage. [...]

(To Edgar) As it is your right and your heritage. [...]

[...] You are dealing with an old wise experimenter right here, and you saw what you needed to see. [...]

([Joel:] “Was I right then about the aura changing because of the intensity of Jane’s own mental focus?”)

[...] I can see a center section of the book right now, with your illustrations. [...] She pointed over her right shoulder to where the painting — which is reproduced in The Seth Material — hangs on our living room wall just in back of her rocker.

[...] Then, as Jane told me about all of this, she announced that Seth was coming through right away — a most unusual procedure as far as our regular sessions are concerned. [...]

(Long pause.) Instead, have him try to sense the rightness that still works within him. That rightness can then help dissolve or circumnavigate those other elements.

(The session for February 5 even stressed that the same energy that healed her right leg could also straighten it. [...]

[...] I then saw a gaunt blonde woman sitting in a chair, profile, facing my right, with her head tilted away from me at an angle. [...] He appeared to stand right over my left eye, so that I had to “look up” to see him. [...]

[...] Along with this sensation they also felt curiously stunted, with the right leg bent and drawn partly up at an odd angle. [...]

[...] Then abruptly I felt my whole body swing headfirst to the left, then to the right, as though horizontally pivoted at the belly. [...]

[...] As I turned her she said that this morning in hydro she’d felt more movements in her right leg—it had opened up more—and in the muscles of her upper back and her neck. [...]

[...] Exercises and heavy breathing—head and shoulders, left foot and right foot. [...]

[...] Jane could also turn her head to the right, on the column of her neck, to look towards me a bit, in a way she can’t usually do. [...]

[...] I rubbed her right forehead again. [...]

[...] “Your notes don’t show it for last night, but I was right, but I was highly upset at that hospital experience,” she said, meaning the experience at St. Joseph’s. “Boy, I was so glad to see you and get home....” [...]

[...] This is a rather extensive procedure, involving the right portions of the neck in particular also, and drawing in of course shoulder and trunk action. [...]

[...] The finger that has so upset you both (Long pause at 8:37, leaning to her right, dozing....) I keep trying to explain the magical approach in new ways, to bring home its great effectiveness. [...]

[...] I didn’t read the session to her right after breakfast. [...]

[...] You have not asked me, Stephen, the right questions for you. [...]

[...] You are right in shielding your younger brother. [...]

Right now indeed.

[...] In the lower right hand corner of page 1 of the object is a monogram consisting of the letters A and S, for Art Shop. The right leg of the A is cut shorter than the left leg. When Jane saw the monogram she said the A represented a framework to her, like an A-frame house, and that the right leg was shorter.

(“and a small object in the lower right-hand corner.” With the object held as marked by T on page 4, the A-S monogram for the Art Shop is seen to be in the lower right-hand corner of page 1. This is speaking intrinsically. [...]

[...] Holding the envelope vertically in her right hand, Jane pinched the upper left corner of the envelope with her left hand. [...] The Art Shop address at the top of page 3 however is neither to the right or left, but centered. [...]

[...] It seems to be a cube with the side to the right lighter somehow than the other sides. [...]

[...] shudders, like a car trying to start; particularly something trying to drop or extend or lengthen in the right side of my neck between head and shoulders; and my sinus drain / with this, a willingness more to walk, difficult to describe; and I feel LIGHTER ON MY FEET; though I don’t weigh much when I walk I feel very heavy... [...] defenses include agility, responsiveness, strength, dependability, good health—and instead I undermined those and set up artificial rigidities; did realize impossible as it sounds that Seth was right—constant anxiety and tenseness caused the whole thing; and DID resolve to let it all go.

To obtain this verbatim record: In the first few sessions Jane and I sat facing each other with the board on our laps, and with a desk close beside me on the right. [...] I kept my left hand there and wrote down questions and answers with my right, using the desk as support. At times my onehanded approach slowed up the pointer’s transmission, but if I touched my right hand to it, it picked up speed. [...]

[...] When she called me for the session at 8:30, she showed me how she has picked up unaccustomed movement in her legs: She could raise her legs several inches higher—the right one the easiest—than she’d been able to do this morning; obvious signs that the changes were beneficial. Yet she couldn’t move her right leg to the side at all—“There’s no action there at all,” she said, “as though something’s blocking it.” [...]

Ruburt’s body is now addressing itself to those areas that deal primarily with motion and locomotion, and in righting the body’s balance. [...]

[...] He valued the relationship with Prentice (long pause), and he valued the idea of distributing the books in foreign lands, even if that venture meant misunderstandings or quite deliberate translations such as the shortening of one book, feeling that Prentice, while negligent, was not deliberately negligent, and that the situation would be righted and the material restored. From Tuesday AM through Friday late afternoon—it seems that more or less constant softening and loosening of all moveable parts went on, particularly the gradual releasing of heavy ligament group in neck, right side. On two nights in bed, definite softening of very important muscles and ligaments from hips down back of legs, under knees; and also stomach muscles right side. [...]

[...] The right pulley, or group of ligaments, was most to blame, and it is that area that has been and is now releasing so well.

[...] Natural motion and near-normal speed is returning to certain muscles and ligaments in the arm—the right one particularly. [...]

[...] She wanted to have it, though, especially to get more information re Framework 2. Her entire right side, especially in the head-neck area, has been undergoing profound changes, today and during previous days. [...]
