I get quite carried away for one thing, and our material has been coming over so well that I quite forgot that a rest period has been due. It will not be of much duration. However, it will suffice to give you both a breather.

(I had good duration with feeling of enlargement in the backs of both hands. My legs from the knees down felt considerably lighter. Along with this sensation they also felt curiously stunted, with the right leg bent and drawn partly up at an odd angle. In actuality they lay straight on the bed.

(Then the central part of my body felt depressed down to bed level; I had the odd thought that I was more aware of the bed beneath my middle body than I was of the body itself. It was almost as though that part of the body wasn’t there. At the same time, my arms and hands, remaining where they were, then felt elevated. This feeling was also definite, with duration.
