[...] Seth finished his part of the second volume over a year ago, and since then I’ve carefully gone over my original notes for it; I’ve rewritten almost all of them (often many times) in an effort to get them just right, in my view. [...]

[...] In the light from the lamp above and behind my right shoulder on the room divider, his greenish eyes were so beautifully colored, yet mysterious, that I found it hard to believe he can’t see color. [...]

Jane was interested in our talk—mine, mostly—but finally she revealed that it was better for her when Seth didn’t take a break: “I like it when he zooms right through to the end.” [...]

[...] Of course there must be exhibitionistic tendencies, perfectly all right, in order for any quite legitimate thing like this to happen; yet somehow you still distrust it. [...]

[...] If it had been all wrong I would have been too embarrassed; and felt like an idiot I suppose—though again this is not the right attitude either—too far in the other direction.

[...] It went right through here.”

I will now close the session, feeling that I have done well in setting Ruburt right at any rate. [...]

The parking is all right, though in winter only one side particularly is permitted. But it is a dead-end street, so as long as driveways are honored you are all right.

[...] Jane enjoyed the experience; she lay on her right side with her face covered, and I sat beside the bed. [...]

[...] As soon as the session ended Jane went right back into her extremely relaxed state. [...]

[...] Wait, I’m not getting this right... [...]

[...] After this I felt and heard a series of chants by an unseen group, seemingly out of my field of vision to my right.

[...] I did voice some thoughts that I’ve mentioned before: about why, in times of great stress when it’s obvious the organism is in trouble, it doesn’t intuitively override wrong thinking and set itself right so that it can go on about the business of life, etc. [...]

You are on the right track. [...]

After making those points, however, I note with some amusement that I find it difficult indeed to believe that many millions of people must wait for a handful of their “superior” peers — philosophers, scientists, psychologists, parapsychologists — to tell them it’s all right to believe in at least a few of the inner abilities that each of us possesses, to whatever degree. [...]

But if Seth-Jane are at all right, then consciousness is more than encompassing enough to embrace all that we are, and everything that each of us can even remotely conceive of doing or being. [...]

Seth had a purpose, all right: to deliver the material he’s been giving us twice a week, now, like clockwork for the past five years. [...]

[...] “Was Jane’s answer right, Seth?” Rob asked.

[...] For this reason I’ll devote some space to the early sessions so that you can become acquainted with the material as Seth gave it, and see him emerge as a personality in his own right.

[...] When she sipped beer, she felt the cold liquid descend inside her body, but displaced to the right of her esophagus. She recited a list of opposing feelings in her own body that she was simultaneously aware of in her “bigger body”: Her right foot was very cold, her back very hot … I got her a sweater, for our living room had cooled off. [...] I feel like my head is real big now, and going around to the right and spinning — it’s huge …”

[...] But I had to do it just so, right to the last word,” she said, then added enthusiastically, “I think it’s a classic.” [...]

[...] She fell quiet now after reassuring me that she was all right. [...]

[...] Right now I’m finishing Diagram 11 of the 16 planned for Adventures.

[...] Right now, I just want to note that since she gave the last session for this book, the 919th on June 9, Jane has come through with a series of 15 private, or deleted, sessions—13 of them on what Seth calls “the magical approach to reality.”

[...] Then she wrote in her journal on the 24th: “I was looking over Seven Three for the first time in 14 months when sub rights called about the movie contract for the first Seven—so that’s no coincidence! [...]

The head of the Subsidiary Rights department at Prentice-Hall had informed Jane that four copies of the film option contract were in the mail.⁴ By the first of August we’d had our attorney check, sign, and notarize the contracts, Jane and I had signed them, and I’d returned them to our publisher. [...]

[...] Jane kept at her poetry and essays right into that first week in October, while her physical improvements continued to show in a modest way. [...]

(Lying on her back as usual, Jane began to speak for Seth right after LuAnn had given her her eye drops as usual. [...]
