On many occasions then you set yourself a problem — “Shall I do this or that?” — and form a dream in which you follow through the probable futures that would “result” from the courses available. [...]

What Jane has to offer results from the study of consciousness itself, as it’s expressed through her own experience and abilities. [...] At the same time, I know that Jane feels a responsibility to “publish her results,” and make them available to others. [...]
