Now Joseph (pause), neither of you should overlook the fact that in one way or another, and regardless of the psychic development, such a crisis point (Jane’s symptoms) would have appeared in Ruburt’s life as a result of personal characteristics, present-life background, and past-life characteristics.

Ruburt’s writing abilities have blossomed because of his psychic experiences. Your painting abilities have also … The psychic breakthrough did not just occur. [...]

Ruburt has always been highly involved with Jane’s writing, imparting intuitive truths, and Jane’s psychic abilities were precisely what made the inspiration possible. You cannot separate creative and psychic ability. When Jane seriously questioned her psychic nature, she was without realizing it questioning also the basis of her own creativity, and this interfered with the writing.

In this life Jane has always been able to utilize psychic abilities very well, without knowing it. The basis of her work then was psychic. [...]

Now apropos (Nandor) Fodor’s book (the title will be given at the end of this session), yes, Jane, there is a Seth (emphatic delivery, leaning forward, eyes open), and I was not born a psychic infant from your own personality. [...]

[...] Now it is Jane’s (underlined) responsibility as a present physically oriented creature, to use the psychic and creative abilities that she has to their fullest, and as a legacy to help others.

In all these experiments I receive the emotional and psychic impressions first, and then attempt to name your object.

[...] I may quite legitimately receive the impression of unendurable heaviness, for example, but then this must be properly interpreted, does the heaviness apply to a heavy psychic sorrow, or a heavy physical weight?
