When you listen, do not only listen but feel and within the energy of this voice feel, therefore, the energy within yourselves, within your spirits and your tissues, for you are now presently dwelling within tissue which you have also formed. [...]

When you think “I should be thus-and-so along the way,” and so forth, or when you look back into the past and think that those abilities you had then should have matured far earlier in your life, you are doing so of course from a structure of your present. [...]

(Perhaps we should be flattered that the last we heard of the bidding saw Bantam making an offer to Prentice of $50,000 for the present Seven, plus the next two.... [...]

If you will forgive me for the analogy, imagine that your present self is like a suit of clothing that you have put on, and when you are looking for the nature of reality, imagine that you take this suit of clothing off in the same way that a child discards its clothing before playing in the water in the springtime. Usually no one was present at these sessions but Rob and I—hardly a scientific state of affairs. [...]

[...] (Pause.) The schools of “positive thinking” try to remedy the situation, but often do more harm than good because they attempt to force beliefs upon you that you would like to hold, but do not in your present state of confusion.
