(This afternoon John Bradley, our friend from Williamsport, PA, who has been a witness several times now, stopped and asked if he could be a witness for tonight’s session; he also had some information on how to obtain some extra copies of this material. [...]

Now I am able to obtain information that Ruburt, in his terms, does not have. [...]

If we could remove these blind spots and enlarge the focus of our attention, I think that we would become aware of these other events, and that telepathy, precognition, and clairvoyance would be normal, practical methods of obtaining information. [...]

[...] In the 18th experiment, held during the 212th session, a few more impressions were obtained; but overall the results were interfered with by other factors in a way that doesn’t seem to happen these days. [...]

[...] Seth however discounts any possible data obtained through fingering, etc.

[...] Now during break, she used the pendulum to ask her subconscious a few questions about the cause of the swelling; the answers she obtained indicated the cause was psychosomatic, and that a salivary gland had been involved. [...]

(From the 180th session for August 23, 1965:) Tonight’s (second envelope) test dealt with clairvoyance — I happened to pick up my information that way, although it could just as easily have been obtained through telepathic communication.¹⁹ In the future, tests will be worked out in whatever manner is needed.

I myself operate well clairvoyantly … for my own reasons and peculiarities, and usually obtain such information [in that manner]. [...]

No sooner had I described this second adventure to Jane than she surprised me by saying she might use both of the Roman experiences in Politics. She thought she could tie them in with her material on the “ever-changing models for physical reality” that she’d obtained from her psychic library last Friday morning.
