[...] At the end of the 732nd session I expressed the hope that “… we’d soon begin to get the material we wanted …” from him on whether the counterpart and family-of-consciousness mechanisms applied to other species and forms than our own; hence my second question this evening. [...]

You will experience the vivid realization of your own dreams in this manner, and with some training you will record as much of the whole dream experience as any investigators manage to record when the training is done by a mechanical device, or another individual. [...]

The delicate inner mechanisms by which inner reality should be constructed into physical reality therefore become seriously affected. [...]

[...] (In those terms, the one exception is the hydrogen atom, which evidently consists of but one proton and one electron cloud, or “smear.”) For the simple purposes of this note, then, I’m leaving out considerations involving quantum mechanics, which concept repudiates the idea of “particles” to begin with. This session may help, but the mechanisms are so involved that it will be a while, even with my help, before this need for spaciousness, comparatively speaking, leaves him.

Now there are some physical mechanisms that will help. [...]

In Volume I, see Session 680, with notes 1–3. My father, Robert Sr., who died in 1971, was very gifted mechanically. According to Seth, a still-living probable self of Robert Butts, Sr., is “a well-known inventor, who never married but used his mechanically creative abilities to the fullest while avoiding emotional commitment.” [...]

[...] With most mediums the mechanics are so automatic that little can be learned about the inner psychological actions involved in such work. [...]

[...] I feel the same mechanisms for understanding operated here as did when I had the insight of February 3—see the deleted session for February 4 [the first in this new series], wherein I wrote that Jane “does the Seth books just to please me.” [...]

[...] The encouragement of such inner mobility also releases the bodily mechanisms. [...]

[...] There was no purpose in nature except its own mechanical reproduction. [...]

[...] Your perceptive mechanisms are not equipped to perceive it. [...]

[...] There are potentials within the body’s mechanisms, in your terms, not as yet used. [...]

[...] (Pause.) Since your brains are composed of cells with their atoms and molecules, and since these are themselves made of certain invisible particles,² then your memories are already structured by the biological mechanisms that make them possible in your terms. [...]

[...] As you do not consciously bother with all of the calculations necessary in the process of walking down the street, so you also ignore the mechanisms that involve motion through probable realities. [...]

[...] To you, then, time is the result of your perceiving mechanisms. [...]

Suggestion is no more and no less than an inner willingness and consent, to allow a particular action to occur; and this consent is the trigger which sets off the subconscious mechanisms that allow you to construct inner data into physical reality.
