4. In this (725th) session Seth mentions two of my recent inner experiences and one of Jane’s. Each one had to do with strands of consciousness, although in this note I’ll stress only the very unsettling one I had with my “dead” father last Sunday night, December 11.

[...] (Smile, eyes open.) Some beneficial projection is going on here also for a change, as Ruburt psychically projects outward the last of important inner disturbances onto the ghost images, which are then completely, altered into constructive and healthy images.

You have what you may think of then as a split action, where one portion of the self, the inner ego, is allowed to travel through the other states of action that compose the whole self, purposefully as a director, and retain the knowledge thereby received.

[...] They protect him from inner impulses. [...] They hide the inner extravagance which he fears, gives in to in partially accepted ways. [...]

[...] The brooding, resentful inner mulling over of gallery problems is a tip-off that the panic bomb has been set off. [...]
