[...] The villains consisted of the following ideas: that the world is unsafe, and growing deadly; that the species itself is tainted by a deadly intent; that the individual has no power over his or her reality; that society or social conditions exist as things in themselves, and that their purposes run directly counter to the fulfillment of the individual; and lastly, that the end justifies the means, and that the action of any kind of god is powerless in the world.

[...] The audience for that particular book may be somewhat more limited, but it will be a fascinating endeavor; and in it I will hope to present a multidimensional theory of morality for those too sophisticated to accept any longer outdated concepts concerning the God concept.

[...] This of course meant, as we said, that she needn’t go about any longer pretending to be like the normal housewife next door, or whatever inanity—since nothing could be further from the truth: She is not like the normal housewife next door, should not want to be, should not be in alarm at their criticism, and should thank God for whatever abilities she has of her own that do inevitably make her different, superior, talented, etc., with something unique to offer the world—an opportunity few possess, and that should be used with the greatest joy and abandon. I close by saying, as I have said before: You are given the gift of the gods; you create your reality according to your beliefs; yours is the creative energy that makes your world; there are no limitations to the self except those you believe in.
