As the physical atoms and molecules combine to form cells, and the cells to form physical organs, and as they do not lose their individuality in so doing, and as the atoms and molecules themselves actually gain and share in higher perceptions because of this gestalt, so do the basic components or fragments of an entity constantly form new and varied personalities; and these in turn form entities of their own.

This is indeed unfortunate, since there is only a change of form, one form fading into another form. [...]

There is indeed no contradiction, though it may appear so, in the fact that all entities existed before your planet was formed, and the fact that fragments form new entities. [...]

This self-awareness in each atom and molecule determines what sort of cell or combination that the particular atom or molecule will form. The cells then, being a gestalt, contain the individual conscious components, which then form a consciousness greater than the consciousness of any individual component within, and different in scope and ability.

[...] The form of a man, for example, may be a thought-form, or a fragment sent quite unconsciously by another individual whom it resembles. [...] It may be a potential form like any potential object… a record of a form played over and over again.

[...] You agree to form this into certain patterns, and you agree to ignore other data completely. These now, called root assumptions, form the main basis for the apparent permanence and coherence of your physical system.

Your mental processes are formed and developed as a result of this conditioning. The intuitive portions of the personality are not so formed, and these will operate to advantage in any inner exploration.

Now, you form the physical universe individually and yet find it cohesive. [...]

Now: the EE (electromagnetic energy) units are the forms that basic experience takes when directed by this inner self. These, then, form physical objects, physical matter. [...]

It is this inner self, out of massive knowledge and the unlimited scope of its consciousness, that forms the physical world and provides stimuli to keep the outer ego constantly at the job of awareness. [...]

The individual inner self, then, through constant massive effort of great creative intensity, cooperates with all other inner selves to form and maintain the physical reality that you know, so that physical reality is an offshoot or by-product of the highly conscious inner self.

Events obviously are not formed by your species alone, so that, as I mentioned in our last session, there is a level of the dream state in which all earth-tuned consciousnesses of all species and degrees come together. From your standpoint this represents a deep state of unconscious creativity — at the cellular levels particularly — by which all cellular life communicates and forms a vital biological network that provides the very basis for any “higher” experience at all.

When you ask: “How are events formed?” you more or less expect an answer couched in those terms. [...]

The planes within the tiny wires — that is, the planes formed by the connections and interconnections of our imaginary wires — come into the sphere of each different plane and take on the form inherent in the plane itself.

If you’ll forgive me, Joseph, I would like to repeat: Mental enzymes allow the solidified vitality to change form. These are not sharp images, but he already begins to build up ideas of shape and form. The fetus does have its own astral form. Now, this astral form belongs to the individual, the personality as it will be in this life. It is not the astral form that existed in a previous reincarnation, for example.

What they do is take quick glimpses of your plane — and hold in mind that the saucer or cigar shape [often] seen on your planet is a bastard form having little relation to the structure as it is at home base.

You are used to acting on knowledge only when it is so physically passed on, and the more numerous the forms in which it physically appears the greater your trust of it. [...]

We have seen that all experience is retained in electrically coded data within the cells and that the material of the cells forms about this coded experience. We have seen that the ego begins, sparked into being by the inner self, greatly influenced by heredity and physical environment; and that this ego, as it continues to exist, builds up an electrical reality of its own and forms its experiences … into the coded data within the cells.

What you will be, you are now, not in some misty half-real form but in a most real sense. [...]

I’ve said that the dream world has its own sort of form and permanence. [...]
