So some Americans have become tired of this badge of individuality, and they are ready to throw it over, either to fundamental Christianity, which is again rising, or to a number of various Eastern religions. Life is everywhere both individual and particular, and at the same time united with all being. All That Is “pulsates” with a truly infinite yearning to particularize all of its attributes, to know itself through individualizing all of its dreams, its slightest thought, its most monumental discovery. All That Is composes the fabric of the universe—which is everywhere unified, since nothing exists outside of it, and every wave or particle, or field or whatever within it, consists of a divine psychological fabric that is populated by individuation, sensation, meaning, intent, in which the most innocuous shadow of an electron rises up joyfully and shouts “I am I, and not you.”

(Lately Jane has been looking over Fabric of The Universe, a book by Denis Postle. It was lent to us by Carlos Smith. Seth discusses some material that is an outgrowth of the book.)

This session will be brief. There are a few points I want to make, and that is all. Each individual is a portion of the universe, of course, apropos of the book on the Fabric of the Universe, but the universe is everywhere composed of awareized energy—energy “stamped” with its own unique psychic or psychological “individuality.”

[...] The granting of those needs furthers the development of the individual, its species, and by inference all others in the fabric of nature.

The animal knows he has the right to exist, and a place in the fabric of nature. [...]

(“Connection with a fabric.” [...] Jane then remembered that the parent begonia here at the house had its pot, until recently, wrapped in an orange-colored burlap type of fabric. As a matter of fact, she had cleaned the last shreds of this fabric from the pot holding the parent plant today; these shreds had been stuck, unnoticed, on the bottom of the pot.

Connection with a fabric. [...]

(We do not know if the pot holding the office begonia had ever, also, been wrapped in fabric. [...]

Something to do with a fabric also.

[...] But when he pulled the shorts up around his waist the blue denim kept turning into a blue Turkish towel type of fabric that he tried to pin together so they’d cover him and wouldn’t fall down. [...]

[...] In the “entire book of life,” however, just physically speaking, there are interrelationships on adjacent levels that you do not perceive, as other portions of your own biological consciousness or biological language relate to the entire living fabric of the world. [...]

If you “read yourselves” sideways in such a manner, you would discover portions of your own consciousness stretching out across the entire fabric of the earth as you understand it — becoming a part of the earth’s material, even as those materials become part of the self that you recognize. [...]

[...] The connection with cloning came out in the lampshades made of (human) skins, in the old news stories—though your lampshades merely stood for those, and were of fabric. [...]

These units of consciousness, however, add themselves up to form psychological beings far greater in number than, say, the number of stars in [your] galaxy (over 400 billion of them), and each of those psychological formations has its own identity—its own soul if you prefer—its own purpose in the entire fabric of being.

[...] I knew, or saw, that these lights came from ordinary table lamps with columnar shades of white fabric, and that they sat on a round oak table like the one in our living room. [...]

(Pause at 4:33.) It is also aware of the infinite power and strength that composes the very fabric of its being. [...]

[...] since on the other side so to speak there was an incomprehensible frightening chaotic dimension, malevolent, powers beyond our imagining; and that to question the stories was to threaten survival not just personally but to threaten the fabric and organization of reality as we knew it. [...]

Specifically I wanted to mention the matter of subconscious fabrications. [...]

You are familiar, all of you, with subconscious fabrications as they exist in the nightmare condition. [...]

The more stimuli, thoughts, desires and material of a diverse nature brought into the system—within reason—the greater the amount of material the inner self has to work with and put together in its own creative fashions—but do remember those sessions given that remind Ruburt that his body can indeed recover, that he can indeed trust his body’s processes, and that he should not compare his life with anyone else’s, but trust in the entire fabric of his existence, and you indeed should trust the entire fabric of your own. [...] The body’s pattern came from the inner self, as all of the units of consciousness involved in this venture together formed this fabric of environment and creatures, each suited to the other.

All That Is, therefore, is immersed within your world, present in each hypothetical point, and forms the very fabric from which each portion of matter is created.

[...] The history books of the past, for that matter, are mainly fabrications.

The further you are removed from so-called historical fact, the greater the fabrication, of course. [...]

[...] Most of you are not aware of this basic, mysterious nature of events, because it does not occur to you to study the inner fabric. [...]

[...] The dreams themselves are further processed so that they become a fabric for recognizable waking events.

[...] Our skin connects us to other physical constructions, and through it we are involved in the complicated fabric of continuous matter. [...] The slight motion of one grain of sand causes a corresponding alteration in the distribution of the stars and in all matter’s fabric, from an atom in a man’s skull down to the slightest variation in a microbe’s action.

The Fabric of Physical Matter

A fabric. He seems to be thinking of a fabric that is nubby. [...]

The fabric is either a wall hanging, such as a curtain, or a woman’s dress. [...]

[...] A connection with a fabric, and something to do with wood, and a house. [...]

[...] The connection with a fabric can be the coat pocket in which I carried the label home. [...]

On a conscious basis, then, you can learn to deepen the dimensions of your life by pulling into it the rich fabric of probabilities. [...]

[...] The soul stands both within and without the fabric of physical life as you know it. [...]
