The system does not practically approach any lively sympathy for the masses of mankind, or any particular understanding of the more mundane events that mark man’s daily ways. [...]

(But, I think, in those terms there can be an appreciable lag before an original perception-event takes on any special significance for the concerned person or persons. Now these descriptions of after-death events may sound very complicated, particularly if you have been used to a simple tale of heaven or eternal rest. [...]

(Although this is a private session that Jane and I are filing separately from “regular” material, we’re also presenting it in Mass Events because of the many insights Seth offers into individual and mass events in general, and into our personal realities in particular. [...]

(As for myself, since I mailed the corrected galley proofs for Emir back to Delacorte Press five-and-a-half weeks ago [on April 9], I’ve been keeping up with the new sessions for Mass Events, as well as those on other general subjects and for ourselves. [...]
