“Seth material” search engine (Jane Roberts)

[...] [Mitzi didn’t watch me this time.] Much has taken place in Jane’s and my lives since 1979, as it has for everyone else, but here in the light of the corner streetlight the scene outside our place was just as magical and mysterious as ever. [...] I looked for rabbits or ‘coon or deer now, but didn’t see any of those creatures.

I wrote quite a bit in Mass Events about our publishing activities, just to show for the record how complicated certain aspects of the creative life can be as we juggled sessions, manuscripts, proofreading, and deadlines [to list a few of our endeavors]; we “worked” at any time of the day or night—which didn’t bother us at all. [...]

[...] I didn’t see a rabbit, but I did hear a flight of geese approaching from the north above the cloud cover. [...]

[...] Not that she didn’t take to camping, for instance, when I introduced her to it after we married in 1954. [...]

Jane was interested in our talk—mine, mostly—but finally she revealed that it was better for her when Seth didn’t take a break: “I like it when he zooms right through to the end.” [...]

Seth didn’t return to the material on reincarnation, schizophrenia, and possession that he began discussing last Wednesday evening in the 921st session.)

[...] Definite feeling, not a hunch, so strong I waited for her knock, which didn’t come. [...]

(October 16, Friday: Didn’t try Psy-time, but lay down on bed for a nap, being tired. [...]

(Our first reactions were ones of such stunned surprise that we didn’t even get mad. [...]

(We didn’t ask that Seth discuss the Prentice-Hall affair this evening, but....)

[...] Turns out the three were given up for adoption at birth, and although they knew they were adopted, they didn’t know they belonged to what actually had been a quadruplet group. [...]

[...] I didn’t have any strong feeling that I had, however, but get a few thrills as I finish this account.

[...] I didn’t have any of that in mind before the session — but at my table tonight I did get some things from him that he never mentioned….”)

[...] The next word, she now speculated, could have been either Elder or Older; Jane said now that she didn’t realize this until she voiced the idea.

[...] A little earlier, she now added, she had seen flashes of other paintings as she spoke about the old masters, but she didn’t know which paintings were involved by name.

[...] I suggested that we could go back to the old session routine of having a break halfway through, thus dividing book material from personal stuff that way, but she didn’t seem to think much of the idea, nor did it develop this evening.

(Jane said she’d have the session early, so I could watch the Super Bowl, which was to begin at 4:30, but I said it didn’t matter all that much. [...]

[...] I didn’t expect presents from anybody, and so hadn’t planned to get anything for others beside Jane. [...]

(12:19.) “Some of the experiments with man-animals didn’t work out along our historic lines, but the ghost memories of those probabilities still linger in our biological structure, and in our terms can be activated according to circumstances.

2. Seth didn’t quote Jane’s little poem exactly from 26 years ago, but paraphrased it. [...]

(I didn’t think she’d want to have a session, or feel like it, but Jane said she did. [...]

(A note in closing out the evening’s work: Jane didn’t come back to join me in the living room while I ate and wrote. [...]

[...] Her fingers didn’t work easily when she typed, or wrote with pen and pencil, or held a paintbrush.

When they’re published the reader will be able to see that she touched upon her physical hassles in Chapter 17 of God of Jane, for example, and referred to them in her Introduction for Mass Events. She didn’t actively object when I began to mention them more extensively in the notes for Dreams. But as Seth said in Volume 2 of “Unknown” Reality, while discussing her goals in life: “The power of his (Ruburt’s) will is indeed awesome, and he is just beginning to feel it.” [...]

[...] Finally, I told Jane, she had so much moving at once I didn’t know what to look at first. [...]

[...] I also said you didn’t think that she had arthritis, though, and that we’d chosen to go along with the doctors—”)

[...] I’d saved a plate of food from lunch for this, in case the supper tray didn’t show up in time. [...]

[...] This weekend—it’s Sunday afternoon as I type this—we’ve been literally so occupied that we didn’t take the time to go food shopping for the week’s supply. [...]

(As far as the Sayre moving idea goes, I told Jane, I didn’t know what to think or say. [...]
