(In my Introductory Notes for Volume 1 of “Unknown” Reality, I explained how Jane acknowledges the mail we get from our readers by sending them copies of letters from Seth and herself; to the latter she adds a few personal lines for each correspondent. [...]

(On Thursday, August 12 we received a letter from Dr. Instream that was somewhat puzzling to us; in the letter he did not mention receiving the copy of the 175th session, which we mailed on August 5. The session contained some clairvoyant-telepathic material, presumably referring to Dr. Instream or people he knows, that we were interested in checking out.

Here is an exact copy of that material, delivered October 9, 1970 between 8:00 and 9:30 P.M., referring to Living Time by Nicoll.

They looked like bloated, bitter copies of us, at a later age. [...]

(In the meantime, on Saturday morning, July 27, Jane received her first copy of The Nature of Personal Reality: A Seth Book, from her publisher. [...]

(I should add, too, that this latest insight ties in well with the paragraph of Seth’s that I’ve copied from the deleted session for January 28, 1981, to add to my list of quotations from these recent private sessions: Seth discussed Jane’s fear of letting go —not because she is afraid of relaxing per se, but because she fears she will go too far.
