(To Molly.) I was telling you that it will take awhile to admit that what we are saying in class is a fact that applies to your life, and that it will take you awhile to become acquainted with your own probable reality for you have a very strong existence in a particular probable reality, and you are aware of it to some extent in some of your dreams but you often forget these. It is indeed and also I mentioned that everyone who comes to this class has been involved with these problems in other lives and so you gravitate for that reason. [...]

[...] He called Jane last Friday from his home in Bridgehampton, New York; he wanted some insights into his writing of Seagull; Richard attended ESP class last night, and heard Seth, Sumari, etc. [...]

It is therefore no coincidence that Richard was a student of Nebene’s, and the material on the reincarnational aspects (that Jane gave in ESP class last night) is quite correct. [...]

[...] He knew Pete (Stersky, a member of Jane’s ESP class) who was then a dancer, a woman.

(A short pause then Sumari came through with a message for each class member. [...]

ESP CLASS SESSION, DECEMBER 7, 1971

[...] It had to do with Seth’s perceptions while speaking through her, and had been inspired by the ESP class session for February 9, 1971; excerpts from this are included in the 575th session in Chapter Nineteen. [...]

[...] In that ESP class session, you mentioned going into a trance yourself, and the effort required by you to pinpoint us in our time and space.”)

[...] There were frequent out-of-body projections in which she attended classes, taught initially by various Speakers. [...]

[...] He plans to attend ESP class tomorrow night, then stay over Wednesday to read and discuss the two works Jane has in progress, Adventures in Consciousness: An Introduction to Aspect Psychology, and “Unknown” Reality. [...] Almost always Jane dictates book material without witnesses other than myself and uses the framework of ESP class for emotional interactions involving herself, Seth, and others. [...]

[...] Usually a certain kind of serene existence makes the best kind of day-by-day framework for these sessions and our other creative work, even while those days may contain within them points of unusual interest or excitement [such as Jane’s weekly ESP class]. [...]

The class activity is good for him now. Both classes, and the changes he has made are beneficial. [...]

(1. Sue has to do a considerable amount of research for Conversations with Seth, incidentally, especially locating, then interviewing—in person, by telephone or by mail, as the case may be—numerous class members. [...]

[...] In our sessions he lets himself alone, and in class and with Sumari, and with poetry. [...]

[...] I mentioned three questions I hoped Seth would cover at least in part: Jane’s projected call to Tam at Prentice-Hall tomorrow morning, re substituting Seth’s new book for Adventures; Jane’s planned letter to Eleanor Friede about Rich Bed; and whether Jane should continue with ESP class.

I believe that his (ESP) class will work up to seven by the end of spring, or very early fall, stay at that level, and then be joined by others. [...]

In a recent class session, Seth said: “If you would momentarily put aside the selves you take for granted, you could experience your own multidimensional reality. [...]

[...] He said in another class session: “You have more than one conscious mind. [...]

[...] Now there are classes indeed where the newly dead are instructed. [...] We attended such a class last evening. [...]

[...] And I reminded Jane that back in the days of her ESP classes, she’d often given three sessions a week. We held the last class in February 1975, as we prepared to move to the hill house from our downtown apartments.)

[...] If you were expressing yourself fully on certain issues you would not have a cold, and if you were using all of the insights that you should have gathered in class, you would not have a cold. [...]
