This section of the book will include excerpts from Seth’s manuscripts on the general nature of dream reality, dream investigation and recall and will be followed by a series of chapters on various kinds of dreams captured by Rob, my students and me as we checked out Seth’s theories, as far as we were able. Chapters Fourteen to Twenty will show you the value of dream recall and illustrate how dreams may be used to promote health, solve problems and strengthen identity. [...]

Before we go into the various kinds of dreams and our experiences with them, the following chapter will give some preliminary material Seth gave us on the general nature of dream reality and our place in it.

Chapter 2 of Seth Speaks contains two short passages from Seth that I find very reminiscent of Jane’s expression of long sound. [...]

10. In Chapter 6 of Adventures, see Jane’s discussion of “prejudiced perception,” which in “our reality is characterized as much by the kind of events it excludes as by those it embraces.”
