(During the last week Jane has had several long periods of relaxation, plus other signs of continuing physical improvement. In fact, she was still feeling the effects of a relaxation as this session began. It had started in mid-afternoon after she had received an OK from Tam Mossman re the publication of her book of poetry, Dialogues — at least as far as Tam is concerned. The book will be published after Personal Reality, but before Aspects.)

As long as he trusts the body’s improvement, he is better off to concentrate upon his poetry, Aspects, and other areas of his life, and to enjoy increasing physical activity. The body can repair itself now quite well if he lets it go its way. Once the beliefs are changed the rest follows.
