Ruburt should make a habit of addressing his helper now and then, and of building up rapport. The more that is asked of it the better it will perform, and the greater its own development will become. It needs training, and enjoys it, but the training must be gently and kindly.

(Since August, when this session was held, it seems that little if anything has developed re Jane’s helper. The ideas seem to be very good ones, and I remember that when the session was held we had high hopes. For one reason or another—or several—they have been set aside; finishing Seth’s book contributed of course. It’s educational to type up this material after such a long interval—but also somewhat discouraging, I’m afraid. I do not hear Jane mention the concept of the helper very often.
